The Gallery - Tacoma

I've used the Gallery since it opened, and recently they have again become my go-to place as they are not as busy as many shops, have competitive pricing more often, and the same excellent selection they always had. But they now don't seem to run out so often as in the past, and have a more stable daily selection to go along with their excellent knowledge of their product. 5 stars overall as the 4 is because I really don't care at all about decorations, art, etc. in a pot shop.

Amazing customer service is what keeps me coming back to The Gallery. They have a huge menu with something for everyone, and knowledgeable budtenders who are more than happy to help you narrow down the choices and help you leave with exactly what you need. I am a customer for life!

I came here (apprehensively if I'm honest) on my husbands (who does not partake...) suggestion. The advice payed off as soon as I walked in. First of all it's beautiful, open, with a very relaxed and friendly ambiance. The staff is as a whole, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and everyone I've met is sincerely nice. Amazing selection of products to choose from, you have to either stay all day or visit more than once to really get a grasp on all the variety that's offered. Visit, bring a friend, you'll want to come back. Ps. All the security is not only extremely nice, but personable and helpful and considerate. I only add this because some places have those positions staffed with people who aren't so conscientious or objective.

Workers were very friendly. Short wait with menu & glass to look at. Woman was knowledgable & helpful. Wasn't rushed or hovered over.

Worst menu I have seen.Have to go thru whole thing to find anything.What ever happened to alphabetical order.Maybe have the person doing the Spanaway store do this one.So Disorganized.

Had a great visit here. I have been to several rec shops and this one ranks up there. Place is nice inside, they have a selection of pipes (Hopefully to grow). People are friendly and the staff was great! Will definitely come back again

I really dig coming into this store because of the variety they have in all aspects of weed. I can go there for all my stoney needs. Not to mention I went into their glass shop next door and bought the raddest weed attire.

I love it and the parking is great very easy to find friendly customer service and I feel welcomed.

Nice store with friendly & knowledgeable staff. Face masks are required for the safety of everyone and I appreciate the wonderful job the store has done to help keep everyone safe. The products are always awesome, prices are good and the manager of this store is a great guy.

I love this place because the bud is always good, prices are reasonable and the people (..like manager Josh, security Derrick & budtender Kody) are all so friendly and compassionate.

They sold me an old product of which the quality was less than satisfactory. The consistency was that of a dried booger, in the sense that there was a hard outer layer that extended almost to the very center of the glob of rosin. I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend going to The Gallery’s Tacoma location. There have been other occasions where this happened however I was willing to give them a second chance only because they’ve got cute bud tenders buts it’s not worth it. Trust me go anywhere else….clear choice, idc just don’t waist your money. Respectfully, Your local cannabis enthusiast.

im brand new to retail...been a mmj user for years...as we all know choices are slim right now so decided to give "the Gallery" a try while the state holds mmj users in limbo...bought 1gram of oil ($50...ouch) which is decent...the quality....not the price....it is a nice store...if thats what you are looking for.

Outstanding! The best shop I've visited in WA. Feels like you're walking into an art gallery, hence the name. All their glass is beautifully displayed, you can browse without any sales pressure. Their budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are very competitive with other local shops. And if you're a military veteran, 10% off! Make sure to check in on the tablet on your way out. 10 visits earns you a 20% discount on anything in the store!

i really enjoyed the service i got here from the first time i came in. i have been a couple times since and dont think i need to go any where else. the staff is super friendly and the product is very good and well priced! i recommend everyone to make a trip here 😊

This is definitely a great place to buy quality marijuana. The people who work here are good at recommending the right products to help me manage my health. Josh who is the manager is a nice guy. A nice Japanese American lady at a nearby grocery store suggested that I stop by and check out a really good cbd-thc topical cream that has worked wonders. The person who helped me here also educated me about the different edibles available to help me manage my pain issues. What a great place!
