Check the specials on Leafly closely. The first sale listed 75% off, but when I went to buy it, they didn't honor the printed sale price. I arrived home, and checked the ad again, and the same price was changed. You just lost a customer.

Didn't get my order right, ordered two ounces of White Widow and a half ounce of Death Star. I got two 14g packages of White Widow and one 14g package of Death Star. Doesn't appear I was over charged and my allotment shows I still have an ounce left. I'm guessing they were out or short on the White Widow but that was never conveyed to me. Also the curb side pickup was all kinds of jacked up. What should've been a quick swoop in and out took 40+ minutes. Considering I already drove 44 miles (over an hour in traffic) to check out this dispensary for the first time I doubt I will be coming back and will stick to the closer ones I've had great experiences at. The one positive was the budtender was nice though.

understaffed and understocked

Today I placed an order on line. Upon picking up the order there was a discrepancy in that the order was not placed correctly. Item missing and items switched. Charges skewed. Found myself arguing in 105 degree temps to correct the order, that eventually processed skewed to the leafly order. The person blamed leafly and said she was having issues with them. This is NOT the first time. The WORST PART It appears some employees are lost. 3rd time is a reason to consider cancelling placing orders. Contemplating this, I received a call from who was at customer service. She claimed that I had issues with an expired MMJ card, something that was already managed. Another employee was given the information at time of pick up. He had previously taken my phone inside with him and took the information when the order was placed. The info was up to date. The order was also already processed. She was reacting to old text messages. When I called back to discuss why she was calling me, she was extremely rude and condescending, would not listen to what I had to say, and had treated me as though I was a problem with a bad attitude, saying she doesn't have to listren to me being rude, when she did all the talking in a rude and condescending way. At 63 years old, with health issues, I don't need this. GOODBYE; What Giving Tree has established with me today is that it is time to shop elsewhere. Trust me, the many I have sent your way will do the same. Good Work!

Top shelf products always good and worth the price

One of the highest quality medicine I have seen! The layout is very professional and relaxing as well. The difference in prices according to thc levels is one of my favorite parts. I would definitely recommend it for high quality medicine.

Best location in Phoenix

Went to location as first time customer. It said on Leafly that I would be able to go into the store to shop. When I got there I waited 20 minutes as second person in line to start the first time process completed it and was told to now put in an online order as that was all they were doing and to come back in an hour to pick it up. So I placed my order received my text 2 hours later with the wrong price. I called to confirm the correct price and went to go pick it up. When I got there I was the second car in line and it still took 30 minutes to be helped. I gave the tender the money and card and she comes back in about ten minutes and very rudely tells me I didn't give her enough money so I broke down the math and showed her I did give enough and the price was wrong. She went back inside and after another 15 minutes she brought out my product and said " you even got change that should make you happy" and to top it all off the bus was miss at best and it was the top shelf and the io batter was dry as a bone. I will never go to this dispensary or any of it's other locations. Not worth the 4 hour headache for crappy weed.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Not only do they make first time patients wait outside and fill out paperwork outside when it's 100+ degree outside they don't even have a current menu available since I had to substitute my whole order basically. They do not have enough people handling their curbside pick-up since it's just one person running out while there is a line of cars. The employees have masks on, and I am still required to wear one in my car, you would think if their trying to be sanitary they would have the employees wear gloves while exchanging cash but clearly the lack of foresight and concern for their patients health and well being is not important. To top it off their "house brand" is garbage and way over priced. I will never go here again and will tell everyone I know to stay away at all costs!!
