I'm upset at the fact that you didnt have what I needed and I had to wait in line again for somthing so small. I have been given coupons that "I can no longer use" but yet everytime I tried to claim it they didnt have it and gave me attitude about it. like why would you get to use a coupon we gave you for a reason whether it was a long wait etc. I use to come here all the time but they are not only over run but you can never get what you need. as I'm driving there they are texting me about what they dont have I showed up a min later and she was unwilling to even give me a coupon credit etc for the 4th time of bad customer service. I'm more disappointed than anything because this use to be my spot but clearly patients aren't important to get them what they need. sad I have to find another dispensary

The Garden Of Eden "shatter" was more like floor swept, trim ran wax. DISgusting. GOE needs to take a class on production and The Good, shame on you for not checking the product, you can look at this and see it's garbage let alone the smell. 😶

Disappointing experience from a 2+ year customer. I picked up an express order here today, when I went to pay for it on the sales floor I had seen a strain (GSC) available. I asked the bud tender what it was going for and was immediately told that there are no add ones to express orders. While that is fine and understandable, I feel as though the bud tender could have been nicer about it, instead of immediately dismissive. I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone, I’ve seen this place continue to go downhill over the years. You lost out on both an up sell and future business.

i spent 150$ on supposedly top shelf h/oz very bad quality flower very dry and weak . very disappointed this isn't the first time this happens

Waited in line for about 30 minutes, got up to the front and then the security guard finally tells me that you have to place an online order. This guy needs to be retrained or just needs to start doing his job. Waited here for over an hour just to place an order online and do everything myself. After I use my deals here I’m never coming back.

The bud tenders are always friendly and personable. They have great sales on quality products. One of my favorite dispensaries.
