So, a new bud tender had to ask for help twice. Not a problem. But after waiting 15-20 minutes, a higher up who had already checked the order suddenly makes a comment about free preroll I was given needing to be House Blend. She runs over with a DIFFERENT preroll, takes the original out of my bag, removes tag and puts it on new preroll. So, after spending over $360, waiting 15-20 minutes, CuraLeaf makes sure I don't get a preroll worth a buck or so more. Now, that's customer service....at it's worst. Would that we could bring back the Greenhouse. Meanwhile, I'm looking for a locally owned pharmacy. Big pot pharma is all about the Benjamins. In this case, the Benjamin.

I really wish they would get their customer service act together. Getting frustrated with a customer because their scanning equipment doesn't work doesn't mean repeating same phrase over and over. We're all adults and having a bit more patience would go along way. Especially since actually getting my order took longer after getting inside than it did just waiting outside. Please speak with more conciousness to your customers.

Service was lazy and rude. Wait was ridiculous considering I pre-ordered and got a message my order was ready for pickup. The products suck too!

I ordered a pick up order at 8 and they were out of two of the four strains I wanted and were Showing available online. They then texted me No notify me and I asked for two other strands only to arrive and be told the strand I chose was labeled wrong and no longer qualified for the Pricing advertised I agreed to chose yet another strain but showed the bud tender online for their referencing, he showed his superior who proceeded to be very rude in his explanation on why I couldn’t possibly think this warrants my pricing to be valued at what was Advertised online, i hadn’t implied I wanted a discount the employee judged me and jumped to the conclusion that I was trying to argue and as a result was very hostile in his explanation. Nice bud tender but who ever was in charge was disrespectful and showed poor customer service.

Great prices here, the Blue Dream I got for my FTP deal was a great tasty batch. The other 2 higher priced strain I got(Blackwater OG, and Deadhead OG) I didn't really like. They lacked you're typical pungent gas profile and just tasted not great. I do not think I'll return as the quality was hit or miss for me, and it is on the opposite end of the Valley for me.

Budtenders seem to not care at all the person in the front always seems irritated, the security guards are always friendly but the other people that work there seem to not care.

An absolute crash in overall location quality that started previous to COVID-19... after that things got worse. In that past few months this location has seen service times increase dramatically while other dispensaries are making moves to operate more efficiently within the situation. There has been a price increase on many products without an increase in product or service quality. As one of the “First 50” customers at The Greenhouse (original name) in 2013, I feel as though I would no longer recommend this location as a must try. While this dispensary is good enough, it’s no longer special.

Pre-packed flower no thank you! I used to like this place but it seems like the samples always look way better then what they actually give me.. The people who run this place are awesome and everyone's friendly but I think I'll stick with the normal place I go..

Awesome service, except I bought a $42 that was seedy to begin with, and not "dank" at all. Tried once, won't try again. Their quality belongs in Tucson.

Yo...your Geodes are overpriced. Straight up! $40 for a half gram which is mediocre in taste and effects—at best? I tried a couple different strains of the Geodes too, but this concentrate is not poppin. Your Geodes do not compare to: MPX, Highfield, Drip, Nectar nor Grow Science Rosin...so why price it as such? Y’all tripping...either create sumthin better, or lower your price on those half grams—real talk.

I have been going to the Greenhouse almost since it was open. I have had days were I came in and there was only 1 strain and walked back out; I have even came in to seeing nothing but basic strains, but they have definitely stepped their game up I give big props. Even when I had a couple of bad days coming In there I was always given great costumer service and deals I don't find anywhere else legally. I love the Greenhouse and the employees. I will be a forever long costumer! The new edibles are amazing, they been on top of their game with the strains. Slowly the Greenhouse will just keep growing and getting better and better.

Very organized, professional, and top quality meds

As honest as I can be this is my 1 of 2 goto spots. No matter what it's hard to beat the sales at Glendale greenhouse. I'll mention I picked up flower here with just under 29% thc. Consistently shocked with strong strains. I can't smoke concentrates because of a medication I'm on so strong flower is very important to me. Thanks GGH for stocking such great products at a great price.

Love this place. Edibles are made great.
