The Herb Center- Bend

I'm probably biased since my husband just started working for their farm, but here were my initial thoughts before that. The location is great, it's awfully easy to find. The only thing that could make this particular location better is more space. They were hiring when I went there and it was packed, so there wasn't very much space to move around. The staff was friendly and helpful. The budtender (wish I had gotten her name) was the most knowledgeable person I've come into contact with since beginning my dispensary tour. I picked up some of their American Beauty, which was fantastic. Wish I had reviewed that before it was gone too, but it's almost always in stock so that will come later. They have a GREAT selection and lots to choose from. Their product is green, sticky, and stinky, just how I like it. They make their own everything and each product is tested, marked accordingly, and organic. However, they could change their packaging. I'm sick of plastic packaging everywhere. Please shell out for glass jars, and maybe make a rewards program for those of us who would reuse them or bring them back. The Herb Center has some of the best prices in town. They cater equally to rec and medical patients, and they really care about the products they are putting out. I'm looking forward to see where this business goes. As far as working there, I've actually heard negative things about how they treat their employees. However, as I mentioned before, my husband just started working for their farm a month ago and he absolutely loves it. Everyone I've met who works there seems to love their job, so don't always believe what you hear.

This shop is awesome, consistently quality products, friendly staff, and best prices in town, and they accept credit cards too!

If I could give zero stars I would. First off, the prices listed are inaccurate. Not as advertised. Secondly, I come into pick up my order and they lady looks at me like I’m mental. Then she continues to pet some dog that is rested behind the counter. I’m not certain but almost positive that this is a violation off OLCC or some sort of food handling violation when you are selling edibles. Just because you work at a pot shop doesn’t mean you should be stoned while at work. I continued to wait for over 40 minutes and my order was NEVER filled. What the hell!? I get a text at 1145 saying my order is filled, show up, and guess what!?! It’s not. Then I wait wait wait. You guys owe me floor and 40 minutes of my regular hourly wage. What a waste. Didn’t even get product.

I really feel comfortable here. Most all of the girls are real easy to talk to and ask questions of. I didn't rate fives because I truly believe that everyone has room for growth. I have been going to THC for several years now simply because I feel they are honest and professional. They have continued to provide me with the highest quality in both medicine and service combined, and always leave me feeling better when I walk out. The budtenders take the time to educate me on both what will work for me and also WHY it works! I will always recommend my family and friends to THC. They are the best!

My girlfriend and i just found our new favorite spot! Coming back from the Bay Area we were looking for similarities to our favorite dispensary out there which is CBCB in Berkeley, looks like we found one! Thank you for showing great customer service and good hospitality.

While moving from Kentucky to Washington I found myself in Bend, Oregon with a broken leg. My girlfriend who lived in Bend for quite some time recommended The Herb Center as the spot to go to. She was right to. This place has nearly everything. As soon as you walk in you're met with several glass counters that display some of the products they sell. Edibles, Concentrates in several varieties like wax, shatter and live resin cartridges as well as other types of cartages like CO2, Distilled, Full-Spectrum. Then there is their CBD products as well as THC infused drinks. Behind the sales counter was the display I always dreamt of. Jars and jars filled with the best selections of buds, neatly labeled with their THC content and price. Bruce Banner, Blue Dream, Northern Lights x Train Wreck, zKittles, Girl Scout Cookies, Skywalker OG and I didn't look but I wouldn't be surprised if they stocked the infamous strain "Cat Piss". All the big shot strains and then some you've been waiting to hear about. The worst part about standing there in all the glory of all the strains you've always wanted to try is the line of people behind me who are also aware that in Bend, Oregon the spot to go to for all your Cannabis needs is The Herb Center. With that being said, there are some draw backs to choosing THC (oh shit, nice acronym) as your spot. Parking is a competitive sport. The Herb Center offers a handicap ramp on the left side of their parking lot for you to navigate into one of their 2-3 available doors. However they are constantly booming with business. Typical case of suffering from success. This isn't anything THC could really combat outside of offering a service to you where you can order online (through Leafly or their website) and pick up at the store (they do offer this service) and the parking lot isn't really their fault. Also, they do not accept credit cards. Like, actual credit cards. This is because of Cannabis not being Federally legal. Again, this isn't really THC's fault at all so you can't be mad at that. Let this be your warning I supposed. However, THC's debit card reader can only read chip cards. So if you have an old fashion just swipe debit card, you'll need to use their ATM, which often is out of money because their store is figuratively the Vatican of weed in Bend. So save yourself some time and bring cash. All in all The Herb Center in Bend is an amazing spot. Traffic in and out of the place can be a bitch but that is just basically because this business is ready to scale to a larger location. The staff is friendly, patient and understanding of your excitement or needs and the atmosphere is pretty chill except for the fact that I was sweating my face off in a hoodie and face mask and I was hopping around on crutches. Again, not THC's fault.

I went in the other day for the first time and really enjoyed the atmosphere here. I was helped by a girl named tiffany. She was super nice and had a real chill, happy go lucky vibe, like she really enjoyed what she did and helping me pick the right bud. I'm a handful with my questions so it was cool how patient she was. Everyone around had smiles and the selection was Mon point. I'll definitely be back.

As a medical card holder I wish the bud tender was either more knowledgeable or more willing to take the time to share the info they do have on the products. It's normally a pretty busy place and I know they need to keep the line moving but there needs to be a balance where people aren't being rushed. Overall a great place to shop. I'm in there twice a month.

This place has a selection that is off the hook. Massive modern new store off an old stone house makes for an odd pairing that puts out a solid experience. Some staff are swanky, but most are well informed. Best prices in Bend.

The Herb Center is much more than your average dispensary. The knowledgeable staff keeps up to date on the latest ratings and reviews and is determine to understand your situation in order to find you the best relief. On top of that, the staff becomes like family. Always greeting you with a warm smile and cheerful attitude will turn even the worst of days around! Going above and beyond in customer service, product selection, and quality medication! :)

By far the best dispensary I've encountered. Jessi and dax are some of most knowledgeable budtenders and pride themselves in their job. Good prices, good bud an all around good place.

Love THC!!! I have been to a few dispensaries and ever since I walked through their doors I haven't gone anywhere else. Highest quality and best wax in town!! Put it this way..when i was going somewhere else my dab reclaim would fill in a month about 2 inches deep..wax from here it's been months and I have maybe a half inch! I love the staff, they are always so nice and do their best to answer any questions. And I love that anyone of age can come in and get glass and vape supplies. I love The Herb Center. End of story 😃👌🏼☺️✌🏼

We were in bend for the weekend and decided to check out a dispensery and decided on The Herb Center......I chose the right place for sure! This place was awesome, the service was amazing, the 2 gals working there were especially helpful and friendly, and they made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The the selection was the largest I have ever see in a dispensery. I would recommend this place to any card holder, if I lived in bend this would definitely be my go to spot for sure.

definitely the best price in town but understaffed and leafly pick up does not work. staff says to order through dutchie...worth the wait for the price...
