I don’t understand why I bother preordering when Zi wait just like everyone else. I also greatly dislike the waiting area. The bright, hot sun is blinding in the windows causing waiting patrons to jockey for position. I was under an ice cold blowing vent in December. All this fussing needs to be balanced with the back office staff...they are the nicest, most personable best people I ever encounter in retail.
