I have been going here for a couple of years now very satisfied with their flower the people are awesome there they take care of you if you have any questions the answer I've never had a problem I would recommend this place anytime thank you guys
Everyone is so sweet! I must say though my favorite and what really keeps me coming is the virtual line. They also call me by the nickname so very nice!!!
Well done with the simple check in at the door and a text to you in your car when it’s ready for you to come in and pickup and pay. Keeps people from standing in line and the amount of people you come into contact with.
Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I couldn’t go in but it looked like a really nice set-up. I would definitely recommend this place! Awesome service!
I didn’t know I needed to check in with the guard but figured that out pretty quick and was in and out. I hate when there’s a huge line cause it looks like a crack house or something so great fast service here
Just went through the pre-order line, spent over an hour waiting on site after checking in, got my medicine and when I got home, found out that it was the wrong stuff. They decided to just give me whatever they wanted and sent me on my way. Didn’t realize until I got home to unpack. Tried calling and it goes straight to a generic vm that I’m not even sure if it was the right place. Super disappointed in the service.
I placed my order at around 4:30. I never got a text back so I replied back asking if I should try tomorrow. I got a text stating my order is ready for pick up. So, I drive my ass down there and dealt with their not so customer friendly security guard who “checks me in”. I sit and wait, wait, and wait a little more. Then I decide to go ask the guard for an ETA. He abruptly responded letting me know I had 18 people ahead of me. Anyways, I politely replied with a “Thank you, sir”. I got in my car and texted the dispensary to cancel my order.
I have been to this dispensary twice. the second time I bought 2 cartridges but one didn't work. The team at Holistic was very helpful and took care of me. I really appreciated the customer service and top product.
they checked me in to a text messaging queue system which is supposed to tell you when it is your turn to enter the lobby. I waited 40 minutes. when I asked whether I would be called soon, they told me that they had called my name 30 minutes earlier instead of sending me a text.
this is not the first time that this dispensary has wasted so much of my time. they never apologize or try to make the experience positive when they find out about their mistake.
they will certainly waste your time and leave you unhappy as well.
I really hope I can start giving them positive reviews again soon, but they have become so lacking when it comes to customer experience. even before COVID-19.
This is my go to dispensary,its close to my home and the atmosphere is always friendly. My favorite thing about the hollistic center(ill always call it that still lol) is how quick the wait time is no matter what day or time they’re very efficient. Definitely going to keep coming daily 🙌🏻💕
This is by far the best dispensary in Phoenix! Rob and Makayla fixed my issue with no hassle! They really leave their customers satisfied! I’ll definitely be back!
