half the time they don't seem like they have their business figured out. the guy at the counter asked my name 15 times, didn't set my order up correctly, and then got mad when they called up (it would be more correct to say whisper a name) the completely wrong name and i didnt come up, he got an attitude and acted like I was ignoring them, and shouted at me if my name was "so-so, right?!"
