Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to fully rate this location since they denied my first time patien purchase, even though it clearly says buy ANY MPX product get ANY MPX product. I was told batter buckets are not included. Might want to change the fine print in your leafly description for new patients.

Well if I have to be honest, the quarter of slurricane #4 I bought yesterday has no flavor, no smell, no effect. Basically I bought $40 worth dried broccoli. Don't think ill be stopping in again to buy flower, cartridges maybe, certainly not flower. I don't like to be told one thing and sold another. Your company pretty much lost a customer and I will tell others about the sub par value of your daily deals. Just because the quarters are on special doesn't mean the quality has to suck, such a shame.

This store is quickly turning into a terrible business. They have completely changed the check-in process, making the wait prohibitively long while standing outside. Prices have been increasing, which is strange coming from Colorado where prices have dipped considerably considering how prevalent dispensaries are. Seems like greed could be playing a part in that. And items on leafy are not labeled properly. I selected 1 oz of Runts for $150. My receipt from the store says 1 oz @ $150. But then you find out it’s really only 1/2 oz @ $150. Completely unethical to sell something at an advertised price just to find out it’s wrong at the last moment, causing the customer to pay double what they intended. I have frequented this store since I first moved to AZ and got my medical card. I love this place and would like to continue coming, but I’m currently debating a different dispensary. The changes and lack of care are making this an undesirable company.

Great dispensary, lots of deals, bud tenders are very helpful about getting you whatever you need, all their recommendations are great too. Found a new go to spot, leafly pickup was very fast, when there's a line you can wait in your car and get a text when your spot is next. Very nice when its 110 out. Heard so many good things, thought people might be exaggerating, nope, if anything this dispensary is underrated

Ok so I'm pretty upset because I love this dispensary and they have always been good to me in the past, however, I feel the need to mention that I was pretty upset by what happened when I went in to get my express order this evening. The woman behind the express counter came off as very cold and unfriendly and when I asked her about the free eighth they were offering on thier deals page, it said "free eighth with a $100 purchase" and my express order was $185.70 total, she told me "no because one of the items I bought was a bogo item" what the hell kind of B.S.? I was pretty upset because that is false advertising, no where did it say I would be excluded from the deal because of that... I'm very upset and may not go back and it's a shame I spend a lot of money at this location...

The products and service are excellent. Stephen was a great help with going over the many products in detail. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Stephen always goes out of his way to make sure I always get the products that work best for me. His customer service and professionalism is always spot on. Thank you Stephen!

Went in for there 125$ get 5 1/8ths deal and all my eighths are popcorn and look nothing like what was presented, for that price I could go down the road and get a full oz of popcorn nugs if I wanted but no I want real buds and didn’t get them

I looooove the specials! Always look out for their specials bc they change regularly However, the customer service here can differ. There are times I enjoy my experience and there are times it frustrates me.

The place was quiet and small very attentive staff, I was helped out by Mikayla G. She was friendly and fast my favorite combo! The product was top of the line will go back.

Health for life is the best dispensary in the state bar none. Bogo offers for new patients both medical and rec, multiple daily deals and the best Sunday deal in the state. How can you compete with the house flower too? Quality flower and wax at the best prices. Big shout outs to Omar the general manager and all the staff who made my first experience there a memorable one.

John helped move quickly through my purchase though there was a tiny hiccup he explained things clearly and politely and tho I had been disappointed his congeniality help immensely. It was at this point Haley was passing by and overheard the convo, saw an opportunity to add brand value to the situation, and assisted me with kindness and aplomb getting me to this point where I praise their customer service skills, kindness, and the extra little je ne sais quoi that builds loyal returning customers and instills the type of trust that allows them to add more value to your customer base through building trust with people.

Big girl working 9/24 330 pm at reception was absolutely rude and ignorant when asked why people were getting called back out of order. I’m med, with an online, no reason the person behind me in line should go back before me. Get better, while you do so I’ll be getting my product elsewhere. Experience starts with customer service and y’all failed that part so nothing else matters.

Confused as to why I had to go all the way inside to get my mobile order, and not pick it up at the express window?? I am immunocompromised and the whole reason I mobile order is to minimize interactions. The cashier was not friendly at all, very perfunctory. The budtender was great! Not sure if I will return. There are plenty of dispensaries to choose from here. Product AND service is important.

These folks are the absolute best to deal with in the valley, hands down. The manager, Tessa, is phenomenal and always a huge help. They are all helpful, they are all in good moods. Go here and save yourself a headache!

Absolutely love THC! Their grape stomper strain is the best around, and the bud tenders are always courteous and patient.
