This has always been my go-to dispensary, but during these crazy times with the pandemic, I just wanted to share that they are handling this VERY well and have a good set up for getting patients taken care of but also kept safe! They never disappoint! :)

So I'm in a great deal of physical pain with a pinched nerve in my shoulder. Makes it so I can't stand more than a few minutes at a time, & sitting up, much less driving, is just agonizing most of the time. Despite the VERY LONG wait to pickup my order & the confusion about checking in & being called, staff was more than friendly & empathetic. I'm hurting as I type thos with one hand but it's important that I thank the staff for treating me with extreme kindness when I wasn't capable of even asking or returning that kindness. Thank you.

This is the only dispensary I use. They are really great at everything, from delivery (via Supurb), to knowledgeable and helpful staff, to responsive management if there is a problem. If I had to complain, the only shortcoming is that what they have available can change very quickly, so a favorite may be out of stock when you want to order it.

I put an order in got the confirmation that my order was ready it literally took me 15 minutes to get there and they wouldnt let me in 45 minutes before closing to get my express order . i will never be back...

Like others I assumed that once I preordered and received the text back that it was ready I was good to go. I did not expect to have to check in by the curb and then wait to be called in. That wait was about 45 minutes just to go into the lobby with 2 other patients maybe a foot away. I appreciate that the setup of the store leaves them with few options and this best protects their staff but it does not protect the clients well. The selection of flower I needed was available so that is most excellent. Thank you for everything you do.

I went to your 420 party this year as I have attend before. It was great with music, food, boothes, and nice people. I was really bummed at the long line to get in the door of the Hollistc center. It was like an hour plus long. When I first got there, the doorman suggested to enjoy the party and maybe the line would go down. I arrived about 1 pm. I did and waitd a bit. The line stayed about as long. I am disabled and would not be able to stand in a line that long without being in extreme pain. I had to chose to leave without getting any special or a goodie bag. I travel 20 minutes to come to the Hollistic Center because you guys are great but this time I have to say I was let down. Patients who suffer with pain can't stand for long periods of time like that. It is torture.

I work here and I love the customers the staff and the store in general, 10/10 best dispensary in the valley
