I really love the location and the dispensary in general. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff that will help you with any questions you may have, no matter how detailed! I am very picky when it comes to my medicine, and the holistic center is one of my top 3 favorite dispensaries in the state. Their great selection, daily specials, and even a loyalty program that accrues points to use towards your medicine, makes the holistic center the shop to visit in the north valley!

Been going here for a very long time and always had good service. Was told about a promotion for a stamp card to get a free cartridge after 3 visits. My second visit was on 12/30 and I went in today for my free cartridge and was told the promotion expired on the 1st. I find it really annoying that I was there two days before and wasn’t given a heads up about anything. Very disappointed in that one.

Nancy was awesome! Walked me through the process so I would have no questions being my first time. Ended up with 7-gram sampler, gram of hash and a pre-roll. Super stoked! Will be back! Thank you Nancy!

My Bud tenders name was Jessica she was absolutely amazing I really don’t think I have had as nice of a bud tender in all my years of medical cannabis as she was, absolutely amazing service!

Every time I go here I'm disappointed. The weed is full of stems every time. The sales are ok but the service and website leave me frustrated. This used to be my favorite dispensary in the valley. I would leave my office in southwest phoenix just to get great deals at this place. I loved the people and it was great. Now... I'll never go back again. I always leave without buying anything but go directly to another place and buy $120 worth of stuff.

Stevie was the absolute best! Helped me pull up my online acct to see point totals. Super friendly. Hope I get her every time I come in. :-)

I love this dispensary....but, Preroll: Orange Melon Smoothie (Hybrid) by Seven Leaf - Throw this mess in the garbage. Total waste of money. Couldn't even smoke it. Utterly disgusting. One puff, put it out & threw it (literally) to the side. Good thing it was only a pre-roll. OMG. I wish you could give it less than one star for the quality. Somebody should have said DON'T DO IT. This is the only time I have ever gotten anything like this from this dispensary. I still think the staff is great. Love talking to them. Great people. Try the pre-roll before you get that 8th.

I misssssssssssssss Rj. This place has really changed. Atleast he would tell me the deals and my points and he would do whatever in his power so I could leave happy. On top of that he would tell you if something is good or not. Now it’s a bunch of people working there who literally a year ago couldn’t even buy weed at this place. I mean if you don’t smoke weed atleast know the product or your wasting everyone’s time. If you hire someone with a fraction of a skill set as him I will come back. Thank you for providing me with meds the last 5 years until you hire better employees I’m not coming back. Who’s the manger in charge hiring these people it’s honestly laughable the service I recieve. I tip I spend money I’m nice what do I have to do to get good service. Honestly thank you.

This place is awesome! Just left about an hour ago and the medicine is awesome. Fire flower. I’ve been coming here for a while now and they never fail. Just reading some of these reviews I know have to be bull because I’ve been coming here and never had a problem. Some of the nicest people I’ve met. Go see for yourself.
