I went in for the first time in a year because they had lowered their prices finally on free rolls to $10. I went in there and waited and they told me they change their minds you have to buy 5 of them now. This is not only the most expensive dispensary in the entire valley it is also the most poorly run. they do everything they possibly can to make sure you will never come back

One of the things I love about this place is that they tell you what percentages of THC and CBD are in their strains. The staff is very friendly and informative, never disapointed!

This place is the worst despencery!!! Nasty flower at $65 a eight wtf! I can't believe there still in business! Big ripoffs!!!! Never again 😡

Camaron, you must have missed out on something. We also have great strains priced at $50-55, as well as a ten pack of pre roll special today for $80 (each with one gram of pure flower in them). Something is always going on at THC! Our top shelf 1/8th's are definitely of the highest quality, and any true cannabist would have to agree! Our lobby has been packed lately, surely a sign of great product. Hopefully we get the chance to change your mind so you can come join in on all the fun!

Not the best dispensary, but the marijuana offered was solid. They had some solid sativa offerings and a few hybrids, all were delicious except for the L.S.D, it was headache weed, and super dry. They do prepackage their marijuana, that's a big turnoff, but the atmosphere and service was professional and relaxing, great spot.

We find that prepackaging helps us to get patients in and out and also mitigate any excess drying of the meds, due to the repeated opening and closing of a large container of cannabis. with all the negative reviews you'd think you might change. There's no money in that I guess and people still come to you for meds. The ten a g I had was weak. paying 20/25 a g is madness. Guess you get what you want, but is money everything? I can't afford you, so you won't miss me.

Forgot to mention... They don't package in Nitrogen gas. Just disposable pill bottles. Not air-tight.

We've found that with our packaging style, you receive more protected, well-preserved flower than if you were to receive your meds in a zip lock vacuum bag. We also provide color coded pop top bottles to easily differentiate between strains. The bottles are recyclable, so feel free to recycle if you feel uncomfortable just disposing of them. I have tried numerous ways/times to get help with a product that doesn't work and can't get anybody to help me. It was. A huge waste of my time and money and now I don't have the meds I need or paid for. I am very discouraged.

Awesome location to my home! Beautifully decorated but the front office folks say hi and then go back to talking amongst themselves. Once in the back the privacy and knowledge in the staff ROCKS! Well done! The proble is the medication quality has gone thru the floor. When you first opened, the meds were top notch and what you saw, is what you got. This last time I was in, what I saw was not what I got. I prefer to have my medication weighed in front of me, not something I could purchase out of a vending machine that might be months old.

only had $13 til I recieve my disability check and had hoped they might hookup this first time patient but all I was offered was a 1/2 gram preroll for $10 no compassion from a supposedly non profit

Terrible dispensary all the product is on a shelf hidden and the people there are really terrible especially the guy with the Neck Beard

mrdrake1977, we would NEVER hide meds from our patients. We keep all of our buds (which are taken out and viewed by hundreds of patients each day) in glass jars and provide tongs to keep everything clean and maintained. A patient care specialist is there to showcase and explain all of our medicine to each person that comes in to shop. We take pride in our cleanliness and organization. As far as the staff members go, we are lucky to have the best in the valley, and our patients will gladly back us up on this. Hopefully we can see you again sometime and change your mind.

Hate to beat a dead horse but Nick is not an informative bud tender. And yes, he does have a bit of an attitude. That's not what keeps me from coming back though. It's the lack of quality. I haven't been impressed with the quality on any of my visits. There are so many better options out there.

This was my first visit ever and I can promise you I will never be back. I went in because of the attractive menu of concentrates and that you were boasting about THC levels. The lady working tried to say that some BLACK GOO (literally black) was 93% which was obviously a lie. I've seen 16 year old kids 10 years ago make better wax than this. I purchased two types. The Uncle Herbs Fan Favorite, because of the look.... But when I got home and was actually able to smell it, it smelled like something out of my spice cabinet. The another kind, the lady who was working claimed to be crumble. It was a little dark but it was the only other hash that looked decent so I thought "why not". When I got home, I found out was 25 micron bubble hash and its not even something I can use on my nai . I am furious that I payed for this over-priced poop. literally poop. I am going to tell everyone how terrible your product is. STEP YOUR GAME UP. You aren't delivering the quality meds you claim to be.

Hey there. Our concentrate selection is rather attractive and you were right to come check us out for that reason. I'm not sure what you got that was black. We don't have that product that I know of. Your comments here and on other social media sites seem very mean spirited. It also seems that you weren't savvy to the products you were seeking, knowing the difference between wax for dabbing and full melt bubble hash for smoking would make all the difference. The Bubble Hash you purchased was made from a strain that placed top 10 in High Times. It is regrettable however, that our Patient Care Specialist did not better educate you on the medicine you were looking for. Had you been properly informed, you would have been happily dabbing some fine crumble and smoking your full melt bubble hash on top of a beautiful bowl of cannabis. We would also like to make a promise to you. That is, if you come back and have a conversation with us we will be more than happy to make sure you leave here knowing that you have meds to meet your needs and you'll know you have some of the highest quality extract in the state. The vast majority of our patients love us for our compassion and product knowledge. Every day we are improving and expanding our product line to better serve our community. Ok, second time I visited here. First when they opened, and two weeks ago. They bait and switch. Got the Woodys OG, they showed me a gorgeous nugget on display with lab results. What I got was stemmy shake and popcorn nugs. This was most recently, month ago or so same thing. Order and get shake and popcorn nugs. First review and last with my card expiring in a month. Never felt the need to give a review. But I was insulted by the bait and switch, shake that tastes like pine. I want what I picked, not shake. I didn't know I was at a use Car Dealership. I'm a patient, a Veteran, and I'm not made of money. Can't we be honest? This is a movement. Don't take advantage of me.
