The current wait for pick up looks like it’s due to a disorganized system. Instead of checking people in outside, they could be letting 3-5 in at a time, completing check ins & orders then moving in another 3-5. Doing something different (like this) would also prevent waisted time calling the name of someone who’s left. Selection was decent, prices are decent.

I was told twice that location was 200 orders behind. First day I went, I was turned away, second time, I completed an online order first thing in the morning... I was sent a text saying that my order was ready at 11am.. when I got there after work 345, I still had to wait in line to check in then wait over an hour to even be called to pay for my order. Good flower...but never going back.

I don’t know if this is due to the Supurb website or if online pricing is different from in store. But I ordered online(delivery) what said $75 half ounces and 2 $9 pre-rolls my order gets here I pay the price. But once I opened the bag the pre-rolls are labeled for $7 dollars 😒and the half ounce is labeled as $65.😒 I mean either way I knows it’s a great deal but now I somehow feel a lil cheated especially considering on top of my order that was $93+tax I still had to pay a delivery fee 🤦🏽‍♀️ Other than that though I am pleased so far with the actual product.
