I went to your 420 party this year as I have attend before. It was great with music, food, boothes, and nice people. I was really bummed at the long line to get in the door of the Hollistc center. It was like an hour plus long. When I first got there, the doorman suggested to enjoy the party and maybe the line would go down. I arrived about 1 pm. I did and waitd a bit. The line stayed about as long. I am disabled and would not be able to stand in a line that long without being in extreme pain. I had to chose to leave without getting any special or a goodie bag. I travel 20 minutes to come to the Hollistic Center because you guys are great but this time I have to say I was let down. Patients who suffer with pain can't stand for long periods of time like that. It is torture.
Frequently stop by to pick up flower and concentrates that have always been quality products. Aided by Kristin this last time and as usual, great service. Friendly and informative with a great smile. Thanks again.
The flower was great! Super Glue is a good strain. The flower was a bit pricey but I understand the crazy times right now are keeping deals away. As long as I’m in the north valley I’ll be back.
I came in on a text that was sent to me only to be told “oh we arent having deals right now”. Really? Then why did u even text me?? I cant seem to find out what the deals are on the new pick up specials. You still have to go inside....the lady at the front is especially competent and nice tho. I know we are in a pandemic but what are the daily specials now cuz the guy said they are different than the website....
half the time they don't seem like they have their business figured out. the guy at the counter asked my name 15 times, didn't set my order up correctly, and then got mad when they called up (it would be more correct to say whisper a name) the completely wrong name and i didnt come up, he got an attitude and acted like I was ignoring them, and shouted at me if my name was "so-so, right?!"

I can’t ever name drop anyone cause I’m in and out so fast I can’t read your guys names. Always flame flower and if they don’t have that strain they probably have the concentrate. Extremely helpful staff if you have some knowledge on what strains effect you. If they don’t have a strain that you liked before just ask and you will be pointed in the right direction!!
