Just went through the pre-order line, spent over an hour waiting on site after checking in, got my medicine and when I got home, found out that it was the wrong stuff. They decided to just give me whatever they wanted and sent me on my way. Didn’t realize until I got home to unpack. Tried calling and it goes straight to a generic vm that I’m not even sure if it was the right place. Super disappointed in the service.

I placed my order at around 4:30. I never got a text back so I replied back asking if I should try tomorrow. I got a text stating my order is ready for pick up. So, I drive my ass down there and dealt with their not so customer friendly security guard who “checks me in”. I sit and wait, wait, and wait a little more. Then I decide to go ask the guard for an ETA. He abruptly responded letting me know I had 18 people ahead of me. Anyways, I politely replied with a “Thank you, sir”. I got in my car and texted the dispensary to cancel my order.

This is by far the best dispensary in Phoenix! Rob and Makayla fixed my issue with no hassle! They really leave their customers satisfied! I’ll definitely be back!

its a little to far but the only one in my area now. Walked in and it was WAY to cold. I waited 15min just to be seen and than when I got back there was only 1 maybe 2 grams that were $10 donation (Not everyone can afford $20 donation for 1 gram)! The marijuana was very dry and the quality of the bud was very very low. They aren't knowledgeable about their products at all. I feel really disappointed in this state licensed facility. I will be taking my business somewhere further I guess.

The staff here gets to know you and your needs. Their recommendations become custom made for you. Staff is beyond friendly. I don't get impatient if I have to wait because I know I won't be rushed when it's my turn and will be listened to

I had a very nice experience going to the Holistic Center. It has a very nice environment, clean and I like the privacy cubicles when checking out it's very awesome. The staff was very knowledgeable and nice. I went yesterday for the first time and I am going back again today!

Front desk brunette was bubbly and personable, sorry I missed her name! Kaleb was helpful, friendly, and efficient. He got me in and out of there quickly and i always appreciate that.

first of all great deal today with the $70 quarters. the Skunk #1 is very good for the price. nice waiting room. friendly, helpful staff. a little pricey with the top shelf stuff lately. was extremely happy with my visit today. cute smile from the staff to go with very good meds. you have my business.
