The Joint - Denver

Great strains, I live the fact they carry some West coast strains. Thus far the quality is quite good. Their budtenders are friendly and attentive, however, as they are often asked to give advice on Medical conditions (facts are facts), they should be better educated on strain genetics, varietal specifics, and grow medium. It's a limited menu, bartenders memorize drink, servers memorize specials, medical professionals remember conditions. Let tme be clear, they service was friendly and prompt, I just expect a little more from the VOTED THE #1 BEST DISPENSARY IN COLORADO BY LEAFLY Readers. I hope this is taken as a positive take on the dispensary. I DO recommend The Joint. It is just a recommendation from a guy who held med cards in multi states.

Got an Oz of Birthday cake off the connoisseur shelf. One bud had 16 seeds in it. Called the store and their only offer was 10% off another Oz. Sad I have been there quite a bit but will. It be back after this today

Pretty good, First experience was amazing, Second could've been better. they got good strains, edibles and moonrocks.. I mean "Caviar" 8/10 would come again.

Dope little Shop nestled in the Highlands neighborhood of Northwest Denver. The shop was very hip and modern. The budtender Kass was friendly and professional. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. There are some quality buds here! Definitely gonna be back!

Checked out this dispensary on recommendation. I have to say that although their selection was nice, the bud tender assisting (can we even really call it that?) seriously needs to be elsewhere. She acted like she didn't even want to help me, and it was clear from the beginning she didn't have any knowledge of the actual cannabis on offer. This is what happens when you have a product that sells itself, you forget that some customers actually do care about service- no matter what they are buying. You are not the only game in town, and while your flower is kind of nice, its no different than any of the other dispensaries that are dotted throughout Denver. You want some free advice? Choose bud tenders with some experience in growing and have a solid background on different strains. A relationship built with customers- no matter what the merchandise sold- is a critical component to any business success. It was a real turnoff to go into a dispensary and be given attitude by a 20 something who was bored with her job.

Excellent selection, everyone is friendly and chill. If you have questions or want recommendations, The Joint is always a great place to go!

I think you guys should make your slogan "The Joint NEVER Disappoints" because I have never seen a bad strain in this joint😂💯 Keep up the amazing work guys. Hands down my favorite dispensary in the WORLD, without a single hesitation.
