Best customer service in town

This store is fantastic. Amazing specials, very friendly budtenders, and a great selection as well. Area around the dispensary is a bit sketchy, but the inside of the dispensary is very clean and nice.

kinda overpriced for the product they offer, but it is good. The person bagging it should make sure the live resin is upright though in the bag so the consumers don't loose wanted product, I have had a problem with that a few times there.

Checked out this dispensary on recommendation. I have to say that although their selection was nice, the bud tender assisting (can we even really call it that?) seriously needs to be elsewhere. She acted like she didn't even want to help me, and it was clear from the beginning she didn't have any knowledge of the actual cannabis on offer. This is what happens when you have a product that sells itself, you forget that some customers actually do care about service- no matter what they are buying. You are not the only game in town, and while your flower is kind of nice, its no different than any of the other dispensaries that are dotted throughout Denver. You want some free advice? Choose bud tenders with some experience in growing and have a solid background on different strains. A relationship built with customers- no matter what the merchandise sold- is a critical component to any business success. It was a real turnoff to go into a dispensary and be given attitude by a 20 something who was bored with her job.

It is a very fun very upbeat very loose atmosphere... My only critique would be to include a little more variety, but as they are fairly new im sure we can look forward to seeing continued improvements. Love the atmosphere... And the staff is always very welcoming, helpful, & informative.

The joint is a overhyped and overpriced. They price gouge with the best of them and take advantage of their customers by doing so. You can get the same products anywhere else in Denver for cheaper and quite a bit cheaper at that I’d say 30 % on average at least…If you’re from Denver and you’re shopping here you deserve to be robbed cuz you should know better and if you are a tourist it’s not your fault but I’d look around other places unless you like wasting money

So I want to start this by saying I know it’s not the employees fault. It’s absolutely ridiculous to expect someone to spend $50+ on a gram of hash that they can’t see. It’s not that difficult. Plenty of dispensaries offer a display of almost all of their products and sell it for a discount when they sell out of that strain. Budtender was super nice, guy running the front desk didn’t say a word to me when I said hello and asked how he was doing. I’d save your money and go elsewhere. Plenty of other much better options nearby.
