Just got my card today so did some shopping around. Sweet girl helped me out and gave me a first time deal.

Very modern feeling walking in very inviting the security guard was pretty laid back checking ID the person that helped me was really cool she knew the different strains the farms that grew etc...the parking situation is located on the other side of the street close to the rival urban bud I reccomend going into the joint before heading into urban to get a feel for the location and what the store truly has to offer everything is labeled you don't have to ask for prices everything is informative the menu can be found on Leafly of course as I found the great special they were running

This is by far the best place to get your Preroll deals. Not only do they have multiple brand selections to choose from, but you get $2 off EVERY GRAM PREROLL purchased. They take their customers word and offer the best products in any price range.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Most places I've been to have given basic advice and customer service (Sativas will keep you productive, indica's are chill, CBD for pain, eat half an edible and wait etc.). These guys knew everything about all the products in their massive selection. I came in looking for prerolls and the bud tender brought out handfuls within my price range ($10), told me everything about each joint including awards won, which one had the best flavor, desired effects... I ended up leaving with 2 half-gram joints for $8. Definitely recommend this place.

I always shop at The Joint in my home town, so when I had to spend a weekend in Tacoma I knew I had to go see what this location had to offer. Wow. The staff are great. The weekend sales are wonderful. If you are ever in the area, I would definitely check them out.

Just had a terrible encounter with a bud tender that left me speechless!!! The brother got "offended" because he couldn't count. My total was $36 and he didn't have enough ones to make change, so I offered to give him a dollar and he could give me back $5. He explained to me that if his till was off that it would come out of his pocket, and I told him it's the same thing. He went on to tell me how he was a black man who had just served 12 years in the penitentiary and he was offended by what I said. Sounds a little sensitive for someone who just got out the pen. Ijs 🤷🏾‍♀️

This is my new shop..... can't beat $25 quarters, and on Saturday and Sunday with there daily deals $20 quarters! Those are "90's prices!!!!! Lol ❤️ the budtenders you guys rock!

As a person who would not normally frequent this type of establishment due to religious reasons, I was slightly hesitant to go in. My fears of being judged or made fun of because I was brand new to the world of CBD/THC for pain relief almost kept me out. These fears were quickly set aside however, when meeting the team. The staff were very genuine, thoughtful, and intuitive when dealing with my MANY questions. I have begun using CBD and THC for pain relief and was only able to begin the process with the help of the team I found at The Joint! If you are like me and are interested in pain relief options, but fear the stigma and judgement by others when you mention you use CBD/THC, I would recommend you give these guys a try! My list of questions is getting smaller and smaller as I go and learn from the knowledgeable staff. Good luck in your journey! Mine has just nearly begun, but im confident I’ll continue to find what I need at The Joint!

Bought moldy weed, called store Carlos says got your receipt? Come on back, so I did get there manager lady wouldn't even except I was told to come back, even when the doorman said it was him!! Don't shop here they sell moldy weed, bad customer service, shopped here alot, not any more!!

Fast and friendly service. Highly knowledgeable budtenders. No long lines or waits and greeted instantly with smiles at the door!

Price gouged me. Charged me $105 for a $34 tincture. Told them they made a mistake, charged me too much. "Too bad, all sales are final" Charged me for 96.5ml of tincture, gave me 49.0. $70 dollar tip?!?
