the first time I was there I had an online order and got it no prob but they messed my friends order. This time I had the bad experience I placed my order first thing in the morning and received the reply that my order was ready. When I got there I had to flag down someone for the online order line and when they present my order to me it was completely wrong the only thing right about it was the price and could they fix it nope they were out of those strains what BS how are you going to tell me my order is ready and then give me what turns out to be some sorry strains instead

So it’s my first time here and it was bad and good. I ordered online and my bag magically disappeared. I hate it here! Basically by the time i got there strawberry sour dissel and watermelon skittlez baby jetters were GONE. Not to mention that people were slowing down the online order line. But!! Twist!!! Spencer, my bud tender was a total badass about the situation and went above and beyond with suggestions and made up for the hole horrible situation. I could be salty but bleh! Happy 420

I was in the pick up line for a couple of minutes. Their was no line in the main line but the workers kept on talking and looking straight at me and not helping me out. I had to ask the girl that was looking at me the whole time from across the room if I change lines and it was then until she said yea. Then I get to the same lady desk and decides to leave mid order to the bathroom. Mind you this was just a pick up order. Horrible service

today was supposed to be the day Jeeter showed up to welcome their new product (which I bought and I'm smoking it now the carts are better than Dr zodiaks )but left me hanging, and I go hard for Jeeter I'm your biggest fan very unprofessional and Nirvana shame for not compensating me for my fanaticism for jeeter and their fine product
