Everything was great but just the fact my order was substituted for a different strain was not cool. I placed on order online early and my order was confirmed. If the product I received was the same quality as the product I had ordered online I would’ve been totally cool with it.

From out of state I love the experience

I placed a pre-order at this location although normally I go to the northern location because it is much closer but I did it here because they had what it was I was looking for. I arrived later in the day and was informed that what I had order was unavailable. When I asked how long they said for a few days so then I asked how I was able to pre-order it and why was it on their website. I was then referred to a manager and the manager informed me that the reason it wasn't what I'd ordered is because the pre-order had never been processed or gone through I then showed her that there was a confirmation at which point she basically offered to just put back the one that was put in place of the one I ordered and just send me a way empty-handed. That was unacceptable to me and still is. Updating your website important. Telling people that first come first serve on pre-orders is a crock. The reason you do the pre-orders to guarantee that the product is there when you go to pick it up. Not being offered any kind of anything at all makes me very unhappy. I should have just went to my normal mint over there on Northern they're great there The one on 75th I don't know what their problem is but they need to get some good customer service skilled people in there or training or something on how to treat a customer I don't demand anything I don't expect anything but you know what if you want return customers then you do something Man offer a person a pre-roll for all I care or anything even saying we're sorry this was our screw up but no nothing. I got no customer service there at all I got no service there at all I got the runaround and nothing else. From now on I'll be going to the event on Northern where I'm treated like an actual person.
