had a good visit got a good deal from my bartender Cristal 32 bucks for two cartridges of OG CLEAR thanks Cristal I'll be shopping with Encanto despensery again !!!

So my first time visit here was okay not a place I would take my friend to but they do have good prices walking in they had a nice set up other then all the little carpet they had placed all over the floor. I liked how they had women budtenders down fall was most of them did not know much about the marijuana every question I asked my budtender couldn't answer I like to thank the little Mexican girl with the curl hair she was nice very knowledgeable and informative when my budtender asked her my question thank you again for the CBD info.

I had the rudest bud tender super shitty attitude and did not want to help the patient

So I have been coming here for two years and day by day the place gets worse. I always call to get deals ahead of time before driving out from east valley, and almost every time the last 4 times I get told their is a special and when I arrive that special is expired or old. They tell you what you want to hear so you’ll come in, or they re-run the transaction afterwards and take the difference. Either way I’ll be writing on here more about every experience. Ridiculous

So why would I go here ? Look they the menu just a bunch of stuff from other dispensary’s and marked up ?? Arizona is terrible just straight ripping pepole off non tested flower overpriced dried out crap

It was OK. Did not have the shatter flavors that are on the site (menu), better call first if you wanted to try a specific kind or live closer than I do. 4 flavors shatter not cool. =0

This was my first dispensary after receiving my card and other dispensaries are having a hard time keeping up with the flower in my humble opinion...great service, right price and tip top quality of in house weed...always respect

Left heavy black ash and resin.. took one day of smoking platinum blue dream and my lungs were congested. Waste of money

love this place. hate that i call to see whats in stock. then pre order and then drive 45 min to get there and they tell me what i pre ordered isn't available. this needs to improve...

I really like this place. I go around every other week just for their wax special. Between Thursday and Saturday it might be Sunday but they have a deal thats 8 grams for 100. You can only choose certain strains but its still a steal. Plus their wax is really good! Their carts are also AMAZING too. They have $32 500 ml and they are amazing!! Great taste and long lasting effects.

The quality to price ratio on the $7g is close to unbeatable in the valley, but that same ratio is not good for the concentrate. $25/g is amazing but I've purchased 6 different grams of various shatter and crumble and all of their residue had enough extra solvent to combust and burn in my rig like a candle when heated. I have had good effects but I'm worried I'm huffing solvent as much as I'm actually smoking medication. The location is sketchy but I work 2 miles away so I can't complain. The bud tenders have been a bit below average. I've had bud tenders that have been way too high giving me inaccurate information on products and I've had very pleasant bud tenders but not enough to make up for the bad ones. Final conclusion, great place to stop by for some flower, but nothing else.

I echo the review below, please be aware that their online pricing is not accurate. I had a confirmed online price for $185, when i went to the store to pick it up they end up telling me that I need to pay for the recreation prices when I am a med card holder. And on top of that they did not honor the $40 off weekend discount, and came up with some kind of excuses that made no sense. It was very disappointing because I use to love this place. I recommend everyone that’s placing an online order to ask them what the final price it will be before you go to the actual store so you don’t get scammed for extra hidden prices like me and the guy below.

I ordered a delivery at 10am, by 3pm I hadn’t heard anything so I called and a bud tender told me that the delivery’s went out at 9am and no more would be going out that day. The website clearly states delivery 8am - 1pm. I wish I would’ve known that my order I made at 10am was good for nothing!!! Glad I was proactive and called or I would of waited patiently until the weed never get here. Guess I’m ordering from somewhere else that delivers past 9am lol. This was the middle of the week mind you too.

Highly disappointed in the flower. Only bought some because i didn't want to be rude and take the free preroll and leave. All of their flower lacked potency and strength. Now my search for a place i can call home continues...
