These people are doing everything right! The employees are all so dope, they make me feel super welcome and comfortable. They make sure I have what I need for my level of pain and no matter what I throw at them they have the answer. It means so much to me! Their product is fire and their prices are fantastic! have to say I am disappointed big time. I went online asked for secret recipe and cookies kush. You didn't have cookie kush that's fine so budtender suggested fortune cookies. whyyyyyyyy push a product with so many seeds? I feel like I was suckered into buying this. If I wanted seeds would of bought reggi. I hope this is a 1 time deal because I really love the service and the most of all the people.

Priscilla was so welcoming, the prices and deals were great, and besides the location I have zero complaints. I will be back definitely.

I want to say the blond Latina lady hands down has been the most disrespectful person I have encountered in a long time. Encanto has great deals with the house brand trichrome shatter. It's getting better by the week. I live in mesa on Dobson an university so I travel a good ways to go there. I could go to nova or the good etc... But JEFF (the big guy) is the ONLY reason I go back to encanto!!!!! Let that be known!!! He has a great happy, joyful attitude and every time I leave I really feel good. Thx brother see you next time!!

have been going here almost exclusively for a year. but am now going elsewhere. the reason? these guys have become SUPER shady and i simply dont trust them anymore. no one seems to know anything about their in house made concentrates, or why they arent available when theyre on sale (not to mention quality has nose dived). the flower isnt worth the bic lighter used to burn it, litterally. its dry, flavorless., and barely smells like mj flower. kind of strange actually. and now the service; we arent buying a used car, stop acting like it. this product sells itself if you know ANYTHING about it, which sadly all the budtenders know is either a sativa or an indica "in da couch". i dont call that info, i call it half assing your job. lame

Took away Chong card system and ripped off lots of people of their points by doing so, only reason I'd come back is for cheap wax. also advertise weed in their case they don't have

Nick, Scott, Daniel, and Joe were all so nice and caring about me and my situation and helping me find what medicine will work best for my back pain within my price range. It was my first time there and I felt more comfortable that one time than I ever have at the other two dispensaries I normally go to. This family and business unit are there to genuinely help people, it was evident from the moment I walked in. On top of it the medicine is better and more fairly priced with good deals going on throughout the week. They weigh everything right in front of you before you buy it. I am really impressed with this place so I decided to do a review. This will be my top #1 go to dispensary, even though I live in Surprise. I'm grateful I found them.

Place still sucks

I'm so upset with encanto, they use to be my favorite place until they started making me feel stupid. This was the second incident I had yesterday and it was all on them. I just know I'm not returning for a 3rd.

The daily specials on the flowers are nice.

The location was definitely in a sketchy area, wasn't sure if I even wanted to wait in the lobby. Once I went in my experience Changed.. my budtender was Mercedes and she was beyond helpful and nice, she asked me specific questions on what I was looking for instead of bombarding me with product right away. The edibles she recommended was one of the best I had! Will be coming back. Please upgrade the place

I will never be returning to this dispo ever again. This guy offered me some 20 dollar gram of wax for a bogo as my ftp special. Well I get home to smoke it and this garbage smells and tastes like straight cbd. I smoked a full gram in less than 24 hours. That’s sad. The guy told me the wax was comparable to a platinum tier. That crap was straight bronze. And their carts are weak too. OG clear is just at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to house brand names. I wish they had a return policy because I wasted 50 dollars.

First time in and NO WAIT - it was awesome! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! I’ll be back!

Horrible service, I was ignored and talked down to and ultimately sold flower that was not an indica, but rather a hybrid, which I specifically asked to not have due to the migraines that they trigger, by the associate. When I talked to the manager I was given nothing but excuse after excuse after excuse as to why I was treated so poorly with no apology at all. There are 4 other dispensaries around this one I would choose one of those over this one any day!
