Truly a washed up location. Meds are a joke and not premium. Tenders are ok dependa on who you get. Definitely not professional... nice for the most part... but also not knowledgeable.

i wasnt impressed by their flower i bought 1 gram of purple trainwreck and 1 gram of mint GSC. It looked like weed off the street and the purp was not obvious just little specks of purp in the bud. the selection was verry limited and the grams looked kinda small (i dont have a scale). im not sure if i would go back, if i do go back i will not be purchasing flower again thats for sure.

got some shatter from their str8 garbage!!! I mean 25 a gram i guess u get what u paid for str8 butain and garbage SMH i even tried more then 3 kinds and they suck SMH But The Star Cookies Flower is on point

Sold me a busted cartridge that leeched out in a DAY. The free battery wasn't worth it. I'm sorry, but based on principle I cannot recommend anyone shop here and I am not coming back.

Don't waste your time or money here their website hasn't worked since the beginning of this delivery and order online stuff they've been doing and their customer service sucks ass. you can't talk to anybody on the phone about it because they tell you the same thing oh well you can come into the store we don't do phone orders even though our website is still messed up.

I bought 4 eighths and two of them where skimped and weighed only 2.1 I’m very disappointed. Please weigh out your weed correctly

I use this place to pick up the occasional cheap gram of shatter. They are conviently located right off the I17 freeway and they have online ordering. The shatter is never amazing, but it is only 25 a gram, so I can't be too picky. They recently started carrying caviar again, which few places do, and it was surprisingly really good. As far as flower goes, this place used to grow blue dream that was consistently good, but that was like over 2 years ago now. The few times I've gotten flower here recently, it has been just terrible. No flavor, no effects, tasteless dry hay weed. It actually gave me flashbacks to some the Mexican brickweed from my youth. My reviews are honest opinions of dispensaries, not done for any type of free gift. I just want fellow AZ mmj patients, that are seeking the highest quality medicine, a chance to see true reviews. I hope others do the same.

Went in to take advantage of a sale and am happy to say that it was a good exchange. Since my first ever time in the shop, the quality of product has been on a downward trend. Needless to say, I stay away from moldy flower. The OG cartridges I picked had been collecting dust (as identified by the manager who helped me) but against my better judgement took them home and disappointed myself. Come on guys.

Wow, the most disappointed I’ve been in a long time. New patient deal is total crap. I also bought an ounce and it was clearly male and had little to no medicinal purpose. The place is run down and falling apart, I think the carpet is superglued down... hella sketch. I won’t be going back here and I would caution any and everyone who is considering wasting their money here.

I actually ended up not even buying anything after seeing what these 150$ oz look like... you get what you pay for. And since I hope Leafly and ALL Dispensaries are dedicated to the truth so I'd also like to note they gave some FALSE info in response to a review!!! Not cool! They responded to a person's review and claimed "We are the only dispensary to offer $25 for a WHOLE GRAM" this is 100% not true. Arizona organix has 25$ FULL GRAMS EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK. PLEASE at least check before making a claim like that.

Had a shitty experience. The guy who helped me barely made eye contact, was short with his response to my questions, was in a shitty mood or hated me for some reason, and could basically give zero f*cks about my experience with this dispensary. Asked for a heavy indicat that would help sleep and mofo gave me a sativa-dominant strain...f*cker...hence the reason I'm writing this at 2am in the f*cking morning. This dude made it a SUUUUPER shitty experience and I will not be going here again. F*ck that noise.

Been here several times and honestly its not worth going there for the prices they have, all the lower priced strains are outdoor garbage and also NEVER look like the pictures online. The waiting area is so filthy its not even right & on top of that all the employees act like they dont give a flying #*%@ about customers or even their jobs.... overall the quality of the whole place and their product is Horrible, I might come back just for the cheap Extracts but even then they look nasty sometimes.. So LOOK BEFORE YOU BUY!! Hope my Review helps some of you figure out where to go for your meds

Waiting room is always dirty and express orders rarely work the first try. Last batch of Durban Poison shatter had so much butane left in it that an open flame will light it one fire!! Not medicine, literally garbage

Run down location in a sketchy back alley, sub par flower. Looks like someone left all their weed out in the street under the AZ sun all summer long, not to mention just how sketchy this place looked on the inside as well. Better meds at dispos and delivery services all around, steer clear from this place.

worst dispensary ever! I have never been so ashamed of bud tenders, quality and horrible security. I would not suggest this horrible dispensary, and if you go I feel bad for you.

run down, no point system, and I bought 10 g of shatter, didn't realize they shorted me a gram until I counted them the next day. of course I threw the bad and receipt away the day I got it.

I like their stuff but it's disappointing to see that they don't stock up enough to fulfill their sales during the dates they say they will have the products. Really disappointed about this. Didn't have a chance to reach the sale the first day and they have nothing the second day. Amazing. Ly shit.

They used to have good deals, but they changed ownership, now Cresco opens it, and it blows. They don't do bulk wax or $99 ounces anymore. So you're stuck paying $25 a gram for wax that's not the best quality. I could forgive the quality when they did 8 for $99, but now it's just not worth it. They're trying to push prissy, high end BS sauce and other overpriced trendy items. I used to drive from Tucson to come here and stock up on my entire 2.5 oz limit in wax, but now I'll take my business elsewhere. It's a shame, I was loyal to Encanto for over 2 years! They've changed it so much, they should close and reopen with a new name. It's not Encanto anymore. It's Cresco. I recommend going literally a half mile down the road, Nature's med does 10 grams of shatter for $150. Also, Arizona Organix, which is a little further, has $16 g of shatter. Both are better quality shatter than Encanto, and they're now cheaper. No point even coming here, don't waste your time.
