So I have been there before ... this time it was the day before my birthday . When I called they told me it was no problem to go in . I met with the bud tender I explained to her that I was going out of town tomorrow and will not be near a dispensary. So , I wanted to pick up my birthday gift special . . Both her and her manager told me they could not help me ... why make it so hard ?? Will not return ...

So close to the house and right by the freeway. I miss the shake they used to have. Staff is always nice. last time I was there I seen Mike Tyson and there.

First, I wanted to single out Desiree. She was great, it was my first time and she made sure I got a great deal in addition to making the experience enjoyable and a learning experience. The product was fantastic. The service was fantastic. The area is not fantastic, a little run down, small waiting room but there are plenty of amenities in the waiting room. Not a huge deal at all as the staff and product is great.

The smartest to start the $10 gram which was similar to Michigan prces. Neverending specials , online orders,and shorter waits make this spot my FAVORITE!!

Comfortable and professional atmosphere with fun and outgoing attitudes from the staff. Even the security guard in the parking lot was friendly! Meds are top notch and tons of selections. Will be back!

Encanto is one of the best places in arizona for concentrates for sure. And on some occasions 10 dollar g's is a steal for the quality. I've been to a lot of dispenaries and Encanto is one of my favorite.

Brown meds!!!!....got a$320 ounce delivered and it was so brown, it looked like tobacco...worst rip off I've experenced since az went marijuana legal...call 4 min after delivered to see if they'd make it right, no dice...thanks for nothing green/BROWN cross...

use to go there I have a egc shirt and member card totally not worth it ,I use to go there until service/wait was stupidly long no express lane or anything lame dispensary and the buds in prepacks!?!? it kills me to see no more jars plus prepack makes bud dry and shit lame to see tommy Chong advertising a crappy dispensary like this now... it use to be quick and easy and caring but now it's crappy it sucks.

Great place. Clean facility and very professional staff. Deanna was very helpful and knowledgable. She recommended a great strain for me. Kara was very nice too. Meds were fresh and just as described. I will be back for sure.
