This Virus is making things very Uncomfortable. The line issues sucks. They took there sweet time to call back the pickup line. Why the guard was letting the order line in. Before the pick up line in which only had 5 ppl .& the order line had 25ppl. They could pay more attention to that ,especially as it begins to get hotter. Why does your new patient special keep getting worse. Seems weird that you went from bogo 8th to $30 off with a purchase of $45 or more to a measly $10 off with a purchase of $45 or more. Shouldn't deals improve, not get worse. You now have the weakest ftp deal in the state. I was interested in trying you guys but not any more..

First of all I waited for half an hour when I finally get called they didn’t have the product. Waste of my time. They could’ve said something after making me wait 10 minutes to check in that they did not have the product instead of making me wait

I placed an order on-line for delivery @ 2:45pm. Since I didn't receive a call to confirm, I called them and was transferred to a man who confirmed my order would be delivered. At 4:20pm (almost 2 hours later) I received an email that my updated card was on file, and I could come and pickup my order if I would like. The website says delivery would be with available if order is placed before 5pm. I never even received a call to tell me from the them!

On my B-day, 06/26, it was ladies day. I walked out with a great deal on great medicine. I have found this is one of my regular spots. Good deals, good meds, and super friendly staff.

I really appreciated you being my budtender I came in a for a Glorious Extract deal a few weeks ago and was blown away by how friendly every employee was. I didn’t hate this place but it’s difficult to love it. Flower selection is pretty rough. A lot of very dry and low end buds. Edible selection is decent and their concentrates are all over the place. Bud tender seemed like he couldn’t be bothered. The overall layout is fairly sterile.

FTP: I stopped in Friday late afternoon. I only waited long enough to fill out the paperwork. Eric was my BT. He answered my questions pretty well. This club is just giving meds away. Wickedn deals to be had. The shake i picked up made some decent chocolate meds. The other meds I picked were great. These reviews of long waits and subpar bud had me worried. Im happy those reviews werent the case. The club is in an industrial area and looked like it's had a ton of traffic. it could use a remodel. I will be back when I'm on that side of town.

Service is like they just don't care about your time u can't just go in and out Saturday March 26 930 n the morning no one was in back not one other patient and it still took 25 minutes to get meds and leave. And that home grown is not the business for real don't every give me that ever again please

If you like waiting in line for no reason this is your place! Try ordering online and waiting to come in only to wait in line and not get taken care of. Tru med here I come.

Stopped in to try the Cherry skunk shatter,it tastes great and works really well for stress/depression, Also got the thg chong strain, it's a bit on the schwag side but will Def be back for more concentrates

FTP, what can i say but positive things? i went in to buy a half oz for under 50 bucks (chiesel which is a decent strain and therefore a steal) and was able to use my bogo deal to get a free 1/8th, recommended by the budtender, which was Cresco (a brand i normally cant afford) and ITS ABSOLUTE FIRE. service was excellent and i wish i lived closer cuz this would be my go to.

I normally have had a decent experience with this place but they made me mad today and clearly I’m not the only one it’s happened to. I placed my order earlier in the day so I could pick it up after work, got the order confirmation text and then 4 hours later as I literally have my keys in hand and about to head their way, I get a text my order is cancelled. No explanation , no offer to replace what I ordered with something comparable. I tried to call to see what the heck is going on and nobody answered the phone. Very unprofessional and as of now they’ve lost my business.

This location looks run down , not enough seating .went in the other night and the wait was ridiculous. Not to mention the guy behind the desk stated that the leafy menu wasn't even updated . Won't be back
