Highly *pun intended* recommend!! Very clean and organized space. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’m a first timer to all things “green”… staff were very helpful in hooking me up with things to help my insomnia and fibromyalgia.

Quality- A wide variety of flower, vapes, concentrates, etc. Something good on the shelf or in a jar for even the most modest budget. Service-Our budtender Rachel was an absolute legend. She was knowledgeable and really went out of her way in recommending products and giving my elderly father and I the most positive experience. Atmosphere-The shop was purpose built. Easy enough to come and go with some chill music playing. That being said, I didn’t feel the overwhelming desire to stick around. Definitely a grab and go type of place. Overall- 5/5. A wonderful shop with decent products, fantastic service, and fair prices.

DO NOT BUY if your jars look light. Shorted ounces, manager said they checked the cameras when my jars were being packed and they were up to par. However, the jars are not sealed at the store, anyone could’ve taken some out of there. I bought in total 4 1 oz jars and 20 infused pre rolls. I was suspicious at the store because my ounces looked light, I second guessed myself and still bought them anyways, trying to justify that it was the density that made up for the weight. When I got home and weighed it, one jar was 8g short, 2 were 4g short, only one had the full 28g. If the cameras at the packaging facility checked out, I think it might be one of their employees at the store. After talking to the manager about this, all he offered me was a $15 coupon at the store. I rejected it. The offer is really insulting because they could see my past purchases, and see that I drop bags at this store and having 16g shorted is way too much for the measly $15. I’m very disappointed to be making this post. Personally I’ve been a customer here for 6 months, I’ve been referred to by my friends who have been buying for 1.5 year. We really loved this place with all the discounts and high quality products. Sadly, we won’t be returning again.

Today was another great day ay mintz. They always have great deals and a great variety. But the real reason i keep going back is to see Sam. Shes the best budtender you could ask for. She always has recommendations ready for any type of consumer. Definitely upper management material give this Lady a golden star and a pin #

Very well maintained store customer service was excellent being new to the area mint made me feel right at home the young lady Brooklyn who helped me was exceptionally helpful and I also dealt with Connor who was very knowledgeable as well as not just trying to up charge me as well as Samantha who recommended some amazing choices but was very friendly and personable I recommend if your ever in Monroe definitely stop by mint YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED
