The Mint Cannabis - Northern

I enjoy the weed but they are false advertising the wedding cake strains on here and on their personal website. I called the lady and try to receive help; I explained the issues and she didn’t even both checking her own website to look into the issue. Personally would order weed from here again because of the level of quality of product but disappointed in being mislead. ( if you want to know the issue it was in regards of the percentages on the website of wedding cake. They have two on here and one on the website in the clear description of an eighth. I went in and asked for the 27 prescient eighth and he said we only have 18 percent so I accepted my first time buyer deal and left then checked the website to discover that on the website only listed the 27 percent. I screenshotted the issue and called the lady she argued with me and ultimately did nothing for me because she didn’t even take the time to check her own website)

1st review. The mint has probably the best selection of mmj products that any store can have! 24th Ave and Northern Newest Location!

Mr. Ron helped me out today - he was extremely knowledgeable on every product/brand he showed me, best service I have ever received at a dispensary. Will be back based on this experience! Thank you Ron!

I ordered 7g of Wedding cake listed at 35% thc but on package when I got home it says it’s only 17% thc lol y’all got me

I love this dispensary so much! Me and my dog Evie only go here. I've been to quite a few dispensaries and not only is Mint super close to me, every thing about this place is dope. I really appreciate how amazing everyone is. Good day or not they're honest and helpful and kind people to do business with. I'm in a lot of pain 24/7 and being somewhere I don't feel more stress (which makes my pain worse) is extremely special. I appreciate everyone here. :)

You list Wedding cake from the Pharm at 36% THC, and Sluricane from Sublime @ 49 % THC . There is no way that flower can test that high for THC. So I’m left to assume that this is either a bait and switch or incompetence. Either one isn’t good for business 🤣🤣🤣.

This dispensary false advertises they will tell you that they have something in stock over the phone and when you get there, they never had it from the beginning. The employees are liars when you ask them to go check for something they’ll spend a good amount of time in the back just because you asked them to go check for it. They have a really nasty attitude and don’t appreciate customers at all whatsoever. I would never recommend anyone to shop here seriously.

It was difficult to get the discount on an emailed sale. Got a manager to discount, but that still wasn't right. Had to go back and got $0 but should have got $45, but I realized that later. Manager had email and receipt.

amazing how Leafly edits out the negative reviews. been here 3 times and it wasn't great any of those times. not sure how it can get so many 5 star reviews you guys must be really baked to give it 5 stars. so slow in here. a free pre-roll is not worth a 5 star review lol. they have decent deals sometimes so I might go back but so far not impressed at all

Richard was an absolute gem. I came in for my birthday promo and he was so kind, very thorough even though the place is packed. I love this location and the staff is amazing!

Placed an online order and when I go to pick up they told me I had to wait in the hour long line to get my order. Horrible service what's the point of offering customers online orders if you can't make a separate line to pick up. Never coming here again such a waste of time.

That commercial property and the former Kmart building across the Hiway sat empty for too long. Good to see a success story going on there. Kmart should be turned into a homeless shelter..I mean..it already is. I haven't had any disappointments with Northern . It's become a bit of rote. Order on the internet , get there before noonish, in and out in less than 5 min might leave a rushed feel to the experience of answering what every bud tender (salesperson) has to ask, "So what are doing for the rest of the day?" Northern makes it official. Also a nice well lit presentation with hardly any discernible music..like..they know stoners got their own music going on in their head. Plenty of parking ..easiest access is On Northern Ave west bound..but there is access off of the frontage road to I-17 northbound. Sealed ziplock envelopes remain the norm while others have gone to the paper lunch bag thing. Maybe if they had their store Logo printed on their paper bags I would feel better about appearing a wino. Mint's ziplocks are universal so thatz one way to reduce costs..all Mints use the same sealed ziplock envelope..I ordered some Slurricane flower . Out of all the dispensaries in my vicinity, Mint had the best price and most important, availability ,of an already dated hybrid. Thanks for keeping some of the oldies around!

So disappointed, was looking forward to seeing this location but I put in an order and over 3 hours later I’m still waiting for it to get filled. Haven’t gotten any contact from them. There are so many other dispensaries closer to my house that now I will only go when it’s convenient for me or I’m in the area. Never will I order online again. Dispensary’s have completely forgotten about medical patients since Arizona went rec. totally disappointed and I was looking forward to having a Mint closer than Tempe .

Sadly, Budtender was distracted and blatantly rude. She was obviously annoyed, she would've rather had been anywhere than at the counter, bothered by ANY question, which she hadn't any knowledgeable answers for. "I don't know", is an unacceptable answer in regards to products you sell. Educate your Bartenders

They have good deals but it’s the inconvenience for me . It seems like it’s always something with this dispensary. One day I get the discount next day I don’t when it’s literally the same transaction I did prior just depends on the budtender you get I guess. Also went here on free weed Friday spent 151 subtotal just so I could get 2 free items and the budtender forgot even after I told her my 2 choices , I had to return to the dispo after getting home and realizing an hour later they were not very apologetic that I was inconvenienced in having to come back . It just seems like the employees are becoming less caring might have to switch my dispensary because the service you receive matters .

you can get a OZ of the Pharm for $70 at curaleaf this place is just the typical over priced dispensary.

I love their free weed Friday deals! This week got myself multiple flavors of baby jeeters and some moon rock infused pre rolls. Love the people who work here too! Dee was super awesome and helped me out in the express line. She added my teacher discount 👏🏻🤘🏻 also Hydie (who had helped me out previously),stopped by during our interaction to say hello and catch up really quick. Love this dispensary because they actually let the budtenders keep their tips (a lot make them split so I feel like they make more at mint). It appears to be a really healthy and positive work environment, which makes for a really awesome experience in the eyes of a regular customer. 🤘🏻✌🏻
