The Mint Cannabis - Mesa (Med/Rec)

Literally just made a Leafly account just to leave this review, I went in this morning (05/25/2020) and I had my two young kids with me, the staff was completely understanding, And went above and beyond expectations! They were all so kind and one of the employees gave my kids two stuffed animal sucks which they now won’t let go of lol. My bud tender was very knowledgeable and very helpful with my questions and recommendations! She was a sweet shorter/petite girl with glasses and short hair with a bomb personality! Every time I have come here I have been treated with phenomenal customer service and great product! I recommend everyone I know to come here just for the customer service alone. This place is great I went last night for the BOGO cartridges and I walked out with a free quarter and I won truffles from the game they were doing and a coupon for a free eighth for next time. Vinny was so helpful and patient. I definitely recommend this location!

Purposefully advertises deals that they do not keep in stock in order to get you into the store.

I can't say enough great things about The Mint! The people who work there make it truly special, fun, friendly and helpful every single time. I have other dispensaries closer to my home but I drive the extra distance because of the phenomenal customer service. Today's visit was no different, Charlie was my budtender and she was the absolute epitome of what The Mint is all about. Love this place!

Pickup is amazing and I never wait in line for more than a few minutes. My order is correct and ready to go. AND no worries if you need to add to your order, TMC (the mint crew) are knowledgeable and courteous all the time. Much appreciated. Kinda glad not everyone does this type of service. 😃✌🏽

not happy I preordered and when I arrived (my order was confirmed and ready per text) well when i checked in i also advised the girl at the front that I had a preorder. i waited for 15 mins then curiously asked if it's normal to have to wait for a pre-order? then I mentioned to the grill again oh I'm sorry I didn't hear you and when I went back there, the guy that helped me I also mentioned that I had a pre-order he said that it was not in the computer then his computer froze up, keep in mind that this is a pre-order and I had a ride waiting on me and it was Christmas. so 40 minutes later I'm walking out the door and he did not stamp my card for the over $50 purchase that I made so I guess I'm not very happy and then it was dry and not quality Grr

They’re not as good as the original mint. There’s one dude who always tries to take the sale from other tenders and gives an attitude if you buy 1 thing or don’t like what he tried to up sale you. A good dispensary though if you go on a good day and they actually have things in stock

Fabulous service, especially on 4/20

I'm a regular at mint Mesa and I feel like lately they have been slacking. New people always forgetting free free or promo items and discounts. Even had someone forget to give me change before. Went in today and bought the item 9 box for $100, was told they couldnt do neighborhood discount even though it's been "on sale" since 420(its an everyday thing). Then told I would get a pre roll and promo gummy for Cinco de mayo. Had to go to atm next door so I wouldnt get 2 fees for using atm there when I was $4 short. When I came back the other girl forgot free goodies. I came back an hour later when I realized and was told they were out of the promo gummy. Got my preroll but was offered nothing else for the inconvenience of having to come back and them forgetting and being out. Really frustrated with the lack of care and lack of attention being paid lately. Not sure I will be back for awhile.

Oscar was really cool and positive. I asked for half gram carts and chose from three options. after I paid i realized one was full gram which was why my total was higher than expected. They were helpfuly and made the switch but noted thats not something they normally do, which I understand but they took care of it. Well kind of. I got the half gram cart but did not get the 22$ difference for the lesser product. it took me to get to my car to realize it and at that point I had been enough of a bother. Its close enough to my house and work that I will be back. but I will be paying more attention when im verifying what I want and my total.

they way they do business is terrible. the bud tenders arent that bad. but the prices and falsely advertised deals is a no go for me now. idk why i came back. also they forgot my happy hour preroll. i dont understand why this dispo is sooo bad. no wonder why it has 2 stars on google. wish that would reflect on leafly. ill do my best to make sure i go to a different dispo

this location is always quick even when there is a line to the road it moves quickly they are great people and very helpful staff
