The Mint Cannabis - Mesa (Med/Rec)

Too many visits to the Mesa location where the advertised specials are not available. Wasted time and trips. Bud tenders are not aware of specials.

The Mint has been one of my Top 3 favorite dispensaries in the entire Valley for years now! They alwaus go above and beyond to make sure they help their customers get what they want, or find a substitution which will work just as well! Always ones to welcome you with into a warm atmosphere makes going to this dispensary more of a treasured experience rather than a necessity.

I love the environment and the fun events they have occasionally it makes me feel welcome that some people know me by first name basis love this place

the mint in Tempe is alot better.... I was trying to place an online order but the items wernt on the website. when i called the dispensary, I spoke to the manager on the floor at the time and he told me hed be happy to hold my order for 15mins since I couldn't place it online and they were down to a limited stock. (2nd visit to this location were sold out of most everything including large shirts) I arrived and checked in and was speaking to my agent within 10mins from the time I hung up. the manager walks over let's me know I was speaking with him and" i should have arrived sooner, "i held them for 15mins" I left disappointed here again after showing my phone to the clerk where my call to the store had been placed 12 mins before... next time say you cant or wont I wouldn't even have posted if you just said sorry man I sold them. dont blame me cause you didnt do what you said you would

The following is my first time experience with this dispensary: I go in on a Friday 7-5-2019 with my sale all planned out..in fact I actually placed 2 pre orders ahead of time (1 on accident)..with tax and all it should have been about 140 plus the buy one get ones as the special said as well as the free weed Friday over 125 deal. for some reason my total came to 188 instead of 140 as I planned the budtender went over the order twice and said it was correct so I took 2 items off and my total was still a bit high and I assumed maybe my math was off..so I get home and look everything over and he charged me 36 for BOGO sale item that I did not get nor did I get the free one..so I called the shop and spoke with them and after research the issue they found the issue to be valid and they said I can have a refund as well as a free product of the same time and a pre roll...but then today I get around to opening one of the products which is a PURAEARTH vape cartridge that was tape sealed and the thing is HALF EMPTY! I paid for a HALF EMPTY PRODUCT? not the best first impression.

The kitchen at The Mint is something to behold. Great selection and food. The staff is great.

Loud crowded space Rush through my order and pushed out the door (figuratively no on touched me) The guy was not helpful and all and ended up buying a small amount, just to get out the door. I did not like this place, not at all.

Check it out, I love this place. The team is dope. The leafly lines are a little crappy because I’ve waited like for four different leafly orders to go thru before I was called but whatever... Shake bags!! Y’all need to do us a justice and call those “trim bags” They legit smell and taste like yard leafs.

This was my first time visiting, It was on 4/20, so I expected the line. The extra prizes were nice and the side attractions. One thing I find unacceptable is the fact that they lost my Id’s and paperwork that I was forced to trust the security guard to hand over. I waited for an extra 20-25 minutes just so the receptionist could find my legal documents. Four or Five people that were behind me in line for the 30-40 minutes prior all went ahead of me due to the extra wait time. When I got to the back of the dispensary I took a glance at the flower and I could immediately tell that it was months past it’s harvest date. The flower looked immensely dry and unappealing. I decided to then give their concentrates a go, and was immediately disappointed. Not only do they NOT test their products, they have a very unappealing display that requires updating. Overall, my experience with The Mint Dispensary of Mesa displayed a clear representation of what a dispensary shouldn’t be.

They really need to have advertised specials in-stock the morning of & have knowledgeable workers :( if anything, workers shouldn’t act like they don’t care.

I love the mint but lately bee out of grams and I can’t always get more than that I call today to me the girl was rude I asked her if they had any she said and just hung up that’s first everyone else says no I’m sorry no I get hung up on not cool night have to find a dispensary everyone there nice but why go somewhere when 1 person can mess that up for everyone else mmm maybe u shouldn’t of came to work if u had that attitude....

My favorite dispensary by far! Donna was awesome, made great recommendations, really good pricing and love the WTF cartridges she picked. Definitely recommend going, and I'll continue to return.

just a note to say thanks for the great service your people are top of the line. always helpful, friendly, they tell me about deals even your security is cool. and thanks for the early bird and the new deal on shake it really makes a big difference . anyway see you friday.

I called about a bogo deal that was listed online and was told as long as it's listed bogo they will accept it! I wasted 15.00 ubering each way=30.00 wasted. Still bought the products. Very sus! Wasn't like this before.

Went to pickup an online order and the line was out the door. I just left. I'm not standing outside to pickup an online order, get your shit together. Will never come back

Great place to come to and has very good prices on your meds. Staff is very friendly.
