Very nice and comfortable vibes, all the way from the security to the bud tenders. Only one thing was they didn’t really inform me on my new patient deals, and had to ask for them, and how they’re store specials worked.

I went in tonight on st patties day and I had Amber as my bud tender. Amber helped me so much as i’m a new medical user and explained what all the options were for the edibles and the cartridges. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped with all my medical needs!

Be care full when ordering. I have been to the Mint about 10 times this year, and 5 of those times they made a mistake on my bill, in their favor. Either they forgot to give me the proper medical discount on the tax, or they forgot to place the "happy hour" pre-roll in the bag. When brought to their attention with the over charge on the receipt, instead of refunding, or crediting the amount they offered me 5 pre-rolls in exchange of a monetary correction, which was some of the worst smoke I have had , called wedding pie. After sever mistakes, of being overcharged in a row, which they made a credit for on my account, I returned, for the pre-roll they forgot to put into the bag the day before, I did want any confusion so I ordered something, and payed with cash. I reviewed the receipt and asked the bud tender if he could explain the percent of tax they charged, and he refereed me to the manger. He told me "this dispensary is not for you, and to quit talking, and said this how we do it here. I asked him if he could just show in simple math, what I was paying, and what the tax on the item was, he called security and had me escorted from the property, all Isaid comely was "show mathematically what I am paying in tax". Obviously, this guy confronted with 8th. math could not do it. It only took about 30 seconds with a calculator, which I did not have at the time. This man has a lot to learn about customer relations.

in my opinion the Mint is by far the best dispensary in the valley. the staff is always happy and energetic. very helpful and informative. they are also the place ive seen where they give you a bogo card that lets you work up to buy one get one free half ounce. if you wear a mint tshirt on Saturday and go in and buy anything and they let you spend the prize wheel. the reward point system is also pretty badass, with my points I get $10 off almost every visit. Not to mention all the freebies. everyone on the staff are absolutely awesome. lately I have been working with Jonathan, and I'll tell you what, that dude really knows his shit, he's like Albert Weedstein. You can tell he loves his job, I learn something new from Jonathan every time I go in. I'm learning shit I didn't know I could learn. I am a loyal Mint customer for life.
