Their website allows you to make a curbside order for the following day, but anytime you do that they sell the product you ordered and cancel your order. If you can't reserve product that has already been ordered, don't allow people to make the order a day out. Their system sucks and their employees don't gaf and now their prices have risen to the point we won't shop there any more. Y'all think too much of yourselves in a town full of dispensaries willing to hold on to what a patient needs and orders.

Man I've been getting some great strains for great prices at this location then they told me I had enough points to get a half Oz for 4 pennies and it's Dope dope

I enjoyed my checkout and service that I received, but when I got home to smoke my dabs, I realized I have an open package. It says right on the recite that there are no returns and all sales are final, but I got an opened package? Not only that, the oil was so watery and poorly packaged that a lot of the dab oil seeped out and got stuck in the packaging. I have posted a link to the picture of the dab oil below. Also, the dab container was very hard to open since the container was covered in oil. I am unsatisfied with the fact that they sold me an open package. I am shocked honestly and cannot believe it. My experience with the cashier was awesome though, and I ended up getting a big discount using my veteran discount + using my points. Sucks I used some of my points for an open 1g, which I am not sure is even a full 1 gram. I think someone smoked out of it. This was my first time ordering from here and my first time getting it delivered. Super easy to do online and I liked the fact that they delivered even if its under $100. Most places have a $200 minimum. Driver was friendly and it took about 3 hours but thats nothing given these times during the Covid-19 outbreak and how busy dispensaries are. Very satisfied🙂

The shorted my curbside order when I naively trusted them and didn't check the bag. I bought a bunch of prerolls and they switched 1 gram rolls with 0.5 gram without telling me. In fact they lied to me, and I was told earlier than one a single preroll couldn't be ordered because it was sold out, before noon. Speaking of selling out, these people ALWAYS overpromise and ALWAYS under deliver, or straight up screw you over. Not once did they have what they said they had. Not once! Forget about the phone, because it never connects you to anymore. Today, Memorial Day, I was dumb enough to give them another chance. I ordered before noon again, and I was given a 4 hour window which I accepted. Now it's 9 pm and I still am waiting. I would've never heard from them had I not sent a message thanking them for wasting my whole day. Now, the driver is lying to the operator, or the operator is lying to me, or both are simply lying and won't put it besides them, but sisterly the driver is complaining that I'm unreachable. Never again. Do yourself a favor and pay a bit more and keep your self respect, because these pathetic excuses for human beings will treat as nothing more than a book filler, and they tell you to get lost at the end of the day. Do not reserve a delivery - Be careful placing delivery reservations overnight - they will change your price and give you zero notice and claim that the deals you ordered are not available TODAY. They refuse to honor original prices given to loyal customers. I ditched Planet 13 to come here regularly, and now they've lost me.

This dispensary is one of a kind. Awesome staff and huuuge selection! Love the waterfall inside, such a great vibe. Overall, experience was exceptional! If you are in Vegas this shop is a must. :)

This was my first trip to a dispensary ever ! What a beautiful place. It was clean and professional. Every question I had (and I had a lot about strains etc) were carefully answered by attentive staff. Really impressed - don't let the location throw you off. It's museum quality inside!

Oasis Rocks! Everybody is knowledgeable and very nice there. The product is displayed beautifully and there are so many excellent choices in flowers, edibles, concentrates and topicals. Oasis has a great quality of strains both in flower and extracts ! They are always able to help my pain needs without the dreaded 'lock'-say if I need to be up for projects etc...

I love these folks, everyone here has such a great mindset every day it rubs off on patients so all you'll encounter is happy people every time. And why are the house of herbs containers light purple they look awesome! I never thought id say but too much green does exist in the cannabis industry as far as packaging goes these purple containers are sick (I just wish they weren't plastic to help save the fishies)

One of my friends told me to go to Oasis because it was the best shop they had been to. I decided to try it even though it was a lot further from my house than my normal shop. I bought a quarter of HP13 (what the girl recommended) Just tried it and I am loving it! Great taste, pretty buds, great feeling! Thanks Oasis! I think I'm going to try the delivery service next week when I need some more HP13!
