I've been a returning customer ever since The Reef originally opened in Capital Hill. So far they have been super friendly every visit and made great recommendations. I wish they would improve their main website a bit. I'd like to see more pics of the product/packaging, more information on each strain, links to the growers website, parent strain lineage, etc. However, the in-store experience is perfectly fine.

I used to be a frequent customer at The Reef but after this last experience, I will gladly travel further to another dispensary. I placed an order on Leafly Pickup which was a quick and easy process. Immediately they didn’t have half of my order in stock. I happily worked to pick substitutions. When I arrived, the person at the door barely looked from his phone to check my ID. Furthermore, I inquired about a cannabis industry discount and they quite rudely stated they no longer offer one. While I’m not at all entitled to one, I AM entitled to decent customer service. There’s no lack of dispensaries in Seattle.

Staff were polite and helpful. Store was beautifully designed.

Online quarter was 32, I got charged 46 when I picked up order.. staff seemed annoyed when I tried correcting.

This place has a relaxing atmosphere, with an awesome, friendly staff. Ordering online gives a 15% discount, so if you know what you want, you can get in and out fast and cheap. If not, the staff is very knowledgeable and has information to help out.

Visited a handful of times, the staff has always been very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and the selection has been excellent.

They were very kind and got something that was available in store but not on the ore order site and they helped me get the thing I orig. wanted (was from the same brand, no rules broken, dont worry). I even called in to ask first and they were so kind and accommodating! I am coming back soon for the great deals and wonderful people :)

I absolutely love this place. I've been a number of times since it's opened and I usually order online through Leafly. they have a nice wide selection of flower and edibles. They also have great deals. I will definitely keep coming back to The Reef.

Rad place, super clean, no pushy sales or efforts to get me to spend more. Just good honest sales people willing to be as helpful as you need.

Quite a beautiful location, and reasonably convenient to get to from South Lake Union. I'm a bit disappointed in the limited selection of edibles since neither myself nor my partner smoke, but I'd definitely recommend visiting at least once regardless of your consumption preference. I'll likely stop here again if the couple of varieties I picked up are reasonably good quality or if their selection expands.

A passable weed shop masquerading as an Apple Store. It's really confusing how to get help here. The separate flower/joint counters are really weird. I walked up to a counter with 4 employees standing behind it and no one came over to help me despite being one of two people in the shop. The weed I was recommended on two occasions was just fine (both employees recommended the exact same brand). The interior of the shop is bizarre and they need to put more product out or make a menu available. It just feels like the only available product is whatever the shop wants to push that day. It's like I'm getting a sales rep instead of a budtender. For shops on Capitol Hill, Ruckus is still my favorite.

I love that they have a neighborhood discount for food service workers! Always a great experience.

Waited briefly in line. Store wS not busy, and the Leafly pickup went smoothly. Got what I wanted was in and out nooooo problem! Love the layout of this dispensary too. I found all of the displays very inviting.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Their pax pods are always empty. I have had FOUR pax pods with either NOTHING in them, or they have been half full. Why I still went in after 4 times... it's the closest dispensary to my house. The fourth time I went in, the manager (with the green hair and eyebrows... Jared I think) refused to give me a refund... HE EVEN SUGGESTED THAT I SMOKED IT MYSELF BEFORE RETURNING IT, AND THEN SAID THE PODS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO ALWAYS BE FULL. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? I have been a loyal customer from day 1, when everyone has told me to stay away from The Reef because of their prices and horrible quality. The budtenders are nice, but this guy was an absolute moron. Absolutely appalling customer service. I will never go in again.

The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was great. And Leafly pickup made it so easy to get in and out of the store quick because it’s sometimes hard to find parking in the area. And I picked up some flower from Mt. Baker products that was fire.
