I absolutely love the reef Detroit. I have never received anything bad from them.

I've been meaning to write THE REEF a review for awhile now. After going to countless dispensary's in Detroit I've decided THE REEF is hands down one of my favorite. The staff are all knowledgeable about the wide variety of products they offer (One of my favorite places to purchase concentrates). The bud tender always makes sure the product I'm purchasing is exactly what I'm looking for. He asks me what experience I am looking to achieve and tailors my selection to meet my specific needs/ wants. Prior to knowing what I was looking for I found that all the bud tenders were patient. They are very educational and don't make you feel silly for asking questions. They usually have some sort of specials and the quality always exceeds the price.

I’ve been to the reef a few times, nice at first, although I felt a little rushed. Online ordering was good until orders started getting altered, items were no longer available, etc. I can understand a mistake but a regular issue is annoying. Then there’s their faulty point system. I earned 10 points the first time I went, after spending over a grand during several other visits i somehow still had only 10 points, even though i never used them. The last straw was yesterday. We called ahead about something & told one thing only to drive an hour in the rain to find out this was not correct info at all. The receptionist was super rude, she wouldn’t even look up from the computer when talking to her. There was what looked like the manager behind her, he cleared it up but not only was it a wasted trip we never received a sorry for the inconvenience or anything from her or the manager. Never wasting my hard earned money there again. Found another place that is way better and has better prices on the exact same product.

Devin took his time with me on different products and the many specials inside his shop, check them out for yourself,oh and if you're short on cash,you can spend some cash and,put the rest on your card,like at the grocery stores ✌🏾😎👌🏾

They have lots of budtenders so the wait time 0 most every time ive been in here..The cbd tincture is good !

Loved this dispensary, big inviting gorgeous building decked out in the lobby and the back is spacious and filled with amazing products with awesome deals and prices. Friendly bud tenders and great service. Check them out for your 420 needs!

The Reef is the BEST around! From the moment you enter the front door you are treated like family. From the cleanliness of dispensary, the products and people you cant ask for better! Great Dispensary! Very good quality meds and the only dispensary that offers a disability discount. Anything helps when struggling to pay for your meds. 👍

Right when you walk in it’s incredibly comfortable and inviting. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. The selection is the best weed I’ve ever smoked and there’s an incredible variety. Will recommend to everyone!

The kid asked me “what do you want” They had one sativa on the whole menu for 200 a half. I bought a half asked the kid to just do it like two 1/4s because I didn’t have a scale, he didn’t. I spent 312$ and didn’t get one free item, one pre roll, a percentage off, nothing.
