Only issue I've had is a placed an online order and was given a subtotal but when I went to pick up the order, I was charged more for one of the items and had to count out change as I did not have enough cash. Was not happy about this at all. But the employees are all very friendly and helpful and its an overall great place but not sure I'll go back because of this. I ordered online so I could make sure I had enough cash on me. Because the total was different and I didn't have enough cash it was a very embarrassing situation and visit.
My first visit, I was a little nervous but as soon as an associate came out the door for ID etc it was like visiting a friend! Always a wonderful experience! Welcoming, knowledgeable and very comfortable atmosphere! Big plus for me is I can preorder online for pick up or they deliver and the fee is worth my time/travel when I have a busy schedule.
Finally a dispensary, that shows respect to the disabled by offering chairs, and great service. some of us just can't stand very long. Last but not least, thanks for the awesome deals. Our pockets appreciate you..
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable as at ease asking questions for my first time visit. Highly recommend. No pun intended.
This is by far the best dispensary in the state. It's well staffed with knowledgeable employees that take time for everyone no matter how long it takes, or how much you buy.
Everyone is friendly and they always greet you with a smile. Only dispensary I have shopped at, and was there for grand opening. Not a bad drive from Eureka Springs either... See you again soon!
Love the whole group at ReLeaf. They are always kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They don't mind chatting if you need to know things and they don't mind a quick stop if you know what you want. Love the way they treat customers and constantly work to lower prices. It's nearby but I'd go out of my way to keep shopping here.
