The Sanctuary - Sacramento

I bought 2 eights that were half a year old and all I got were some promo dollars.

This shop is pretty awesome! I absolutely love the bundle deals! I mostly get top shelf weed! Granted sometimes some choices are not as great. I have had some pretty dank weed, totally worth passing everything from here in Sacramento to Seattle! The front of shop lady is super friendly! The Budtenders are not exactly tender! (Volume seems to create stress) Best to buy some bundles and know which companies you prefer! I enjoy comparing strains from State to State. Pro Tip buy your weed before any holiday as the price always increases by $50!!!!!! On bundles.

Avoid this place. Got the worst weed of my life from this location i will make it my duty to never even think of this place when i need to buy. Got some pre rolls and some concentrate pre rolls were the harshest i have ever smoked and hardly felt anything. The concentrate was even worse tasted horrible and i even stopped to double check if i had bought the wright thing because it was not worth the price tag. Ps ignore the google reviews they are all mostly fake because of the "leave a five star for free weed".

Not impressed so much so I had to leave a second review. First off, no referral incentive? Then when one of you Budtenders says we’ll give you something for the referral mention it, and you’ll get it. Granted in the new patient this was for my friend who had been on there as a returning customer. After asking three other staff they looked at us like we made it up. Also the woman helping us didn’t really know her information, needless to say the only way we got something was to leave a review which I did on my friends behalf, and this one’s for me with me detail. I hope not to return here but I’m new to town so i might have no other choice since it’s the closest. Maybe I’ll have a much better experience next time..

The Sanctuary is legit. They have the BEST flower, deals and STAFF is the best!

My wife is battling cancer. It was recommended we try a dispensary to help manage her pain and I placed an order with this place for home delivery. The order didn’t show up and 3 hours after placing my order I got a call from the driver who said his “trunk blew open” and he lost his product. A new driver was supposed to be on the way within an hour and that driver never showed up. After almost 5 hours after my order was placed and nobody showed, I called and was told a third driver would arrive in about an hour. If you need a dispensary, this is not the place, they are full of excuses and a complete waste of time.

Sanctuary has been my go-to dispensary since my family moved to the area in 2019. The staff are knowledgeable and nice people, good feelings and good vibes, lots of love all around. Definitely recommend a visit when you are in town.
