I shopped at the source prior to the covid pandemic and I miss being able to pick out what strain I wanted by smell and the ambience of pre-covid where you could visit with your budtender more. Otherwise my online orders are usually filled pretty quickly and usually are decent quality. The discounted seeded stuff from my purchase before last was still some pretty decent flower despite having a couple of seeds
I used to be a dedicated customer of this dispensary, and I've always praised their incredible customer service. However, over the last month, I've witnessed a drastic and disappointing change. The once-excellent service has taken a turn for the worse.
Previously, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. They made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, recent visits have been marked by a noticeable decline in service quality. The staff seems less engaged and more indifferent, making it a stark departure from the outstanding service I had come to expect.
This shift has left me feeling disheartened and considering alternative dispensaries. I hope they can address these concerns and return to the exceptional customer service that initially won my loyalty.
Online order needed up with all shake. No a single bud in an 1/8th. If I get shake I want to be charged accordingly. I will come in to watch them weigh next time for sure. Or go somewhere else.
Love The Source! Acanza is a better location for me, but when I can I make the drive to The Source, the tenders are awesome and full of knowledge and always so welcoming. Everything is always FIRE.
It was my first time visiting since the corona virus restrictions and The Source did a fantastic job. I was met in the parking lot and asked if I ordered online. I didn’t so they guided me to Leafly and gave me suggestions. I placed the order and they received it electronically and filled it. When it was done I was let in to pay for it. Very well organized. Thanks also to leaky for making it seamless.
