Best prices on flower in the area. As others have noted the place is a little small and bleak which detracts from the atmosphere. The security guard and staff have always treated me well. Especially today. Things are crazy right now with the COVID-19 crises. Hours have changed. Online prepacked orders only. Waits for order fulfillment are running several hours. Wait to pick it up running an hour or more. Waiting room is closed. They’ve got new pickup protocols trying to meet the demand and keep patients and staff safe. After check in you have to wait in car and wait for text telling you to come in. Everyone chill and we’ll get through this.

I've been to every other dispensary in the state. I go here. This is how it is supposed to be. Value for dollar is best here. The people are great. They weigh everything in front of you so you can inspect it before it goes in and see if someone accidentally grabs a giant chunk of stem. I have not had a prepack in this state that I was happy about. They have product from all three of the open growers. in despite everyone buying from the same source they seem to be the people that sets the lowest price for the highest quality. I work hard for my money and I do not mind giving it to these folks.

Love having my product weighed right in front of me! Jars of each strain available to look at and compare to each other. Cant wait to go back!

If medical marijuana is for those in need, why are states choosing to limit availability to those who can afford outrageous prices? The CA legal market is dwarfed by the black market, and illegal weed in this area, if you can find it, runs $8-$10/gram for the $15 dispensary weed. It should be $5/g tops

Waiting for an hour in my car after online order. Order remain pending and no one came to the car to check on me so I left.

Don’t know how this Place stays open compared to Releaf! Higher prices overall, less to choose from. Can’t believe mgmt here isn’t making changes to compete. I rarely if ever come here, I’ll drive a little further to get my Releaf!

staff is horrible! product has been the same for 3 years. and way overpriced! just remember that all of NWA dispensary owners are try to block temporary out of state licenses bc they are losing all their patients. do to rude staff and way way overpriced. so when you give them your money you are kicking yourself by that money goes to block you from getting better prices elsewhere. 🤔 do your research and you won't have to pay $500 for an ounce. or $150 for a gram cart. when live resin carts elsewhere are $30. Sad 🌎!

During my last pick up the employees outside did not have on masks and come right up to your window, not distancing or wearing masks. They serve disabled people and should definitely have on mask to protect their customers. I think this is unconscionable.

i just put my grams on a scale, and they do not match up. I'm very familiar with this industry, and this is just unacceptable as far as this whole situation goes. I work in customer service, and i would have been written up if i had a review on me like this.

I am leaving this review because of all of the bad reviews. I have been to both dispensaries in the Bentonville-Rogers area and they are both good. First off the Employees at the Source are always super nice (Remember me by name) and always try to help me find exactly what I am looking for. Secondly if you really look at menu before you go, you will find good deals on flower. The source's prices on Edibles, Carts and concentrate are usually a little better than Releaf. Sometimes and not always you can find better deals at Releaf on Flower. (but the THC on the cheap flower at releaf is usually a little lower.) Please stop acting like this dispensary is awful...It is not and the prices are just as good if not better than some of the other dispensaries NWA. Please do your research before believing all these bad reviews.

By far the best dispensary in Arkansas. They dispensed deli style, weighed the product right in front of me and let me pick the buds I wanted. There were about 30 strains available and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I'll definitely be coming back.

Terrible experience, horrible procedures for waiting. Don't expect to be quick. Could take anywhere from 3-6 hrs to know if order is even processed. Only 30 seconds from my house but I'll drive 30 miles to not deal with that again. Horrible.

The source is the type of place you only go when you have to. I have never had quality service here but more so the staff act miserable to be there. I have been here in 2019-2020 and again in 2021. As a medical patient who’s been to all 5 dispensaries in NWA, the source ranks among the bottom half. Pricing is decent, only good deals here are on edibles, but for flower and concentrates I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Says they close at 8pm, I get there at 758pm and they wouldn't let me in. They just stared at me. I have no car so it was a waste of a uber from Springdale to rogers an back to Springdale. Never will go here again, atleast ACANZA will let me in even 2mins before they close or even 30mins after they close ACANZA always let's you in.

picked up 1/8 an lite up a bowl an boom a seed pops. for 12.95 a gram there should be no seeds very sad.

I have never seen a business so mismanaged. What a clown show on multiple levels. 10 employees doing only online orders and it takes them 10 minutes to check one person out.

My first time here, sucks that COVID-19 is ruining so many things in our daily lives. Didn't get to experience anything except staff sitting outside and staff behind a window. But I can say, staff was great!

It took well over 2 hours before my order was ready, people were not that friendly, it almost felt like visiting someone in jail, I won't ever go back

Very unprofessional, rude and walked out empty handed. I was told coming at the begining of the month they were too busy and everything I ordered on line was already gone. Why have it posted online if you are out?? Very rude people I tryed 2 times both times was horrible never again

The Source no good

Made my first legal purchase in Arkansas here. Gave them my medical card not laminated, they laminated it for me. Great service and selection, got in and out real quick.

Wow that was a mess of a wait, I hope it's not always like that. From ordering to getting it took hours.

prices on edibles and cartridges keep me coming back although rarely because of the poor customer service

Love this place and it’s employees, products are top shelf good. Questions answered completely without making me feel like a dummy.
