Great knowledgeable staff, steady flow of customers. Even when they are busy I was in and out.

Friendly staff but the menu needs to be updated. Just stopped by for some Pineapple Super Silver Haze which is on the menu.... employees said they haven't seen it in stock. I will shop there again and hopefully I can change to a 5 star review.

The Vault is a hands-down awesome rec shop. Everyone that works there is super friendly and if they don't know an answer to one of my questions, they aren't afraid to ask someone else or research it with me right there on the spot. Quality and selection are on point and you can't beat some of their prices ($5 single pre-rolls, $25/g concentrates). Always adding more inventory, so there's always something new to look at whenever I go in there... which is quite often. Extremely conveniently located right off the highway with plently of parking spaces in a safe, monitored lot. Open til midnight on Friday/Saturday and 11pm during the rest of the week, makes it really easy for me to swing thru after work and pick up my goodies for the night. I also have to give a shout out specifically to Nate and Tyler. Those two guys deserve a major pay raise. When my father was in the process of succumbing to his cancer, he decided to try cannabis as both a last-ditch effort to kill the cancer and as end-of-life comfort. Nate and Tyler were the ones who helped me make the decisions about how I should handle it. Both of them bent over backwards, forwards, and sideways for me so I could get my dad the medicine he needed (not a small task because the medical dispensaries had already shut down at the point due to new regulations). There is no doubt in my mind that those two helped my father pass much more comfortably than he ever would have without. So, thank you Nate and Tyler. You guys are angels in disguise.

It was fast and safe

I've done 5 online orders and each time I received the correct price/sales price and the order was perfectly prepared. Knocking off one star because the jars are always sticky with fingerprints and I'm not cool with that during covid times. Clean those jars and it would be perfect.

This rec store is pretty fun, they have good security measures. cash only with two three dollar charge atms in the lobby. I have visited this store on three occasions, all of which happened to be a Tuesday, which they call top shelf Tuesday. This offers 3.5 gram bags of flower for $40 even of decent strains. store is usually pretty busy, but dosnet take long to get your order. They offer a reward system, which is always a plus. friendly staff, helpful and seem knowladble. would recommend!

I would just love to see lotions potions CBD oil there again. I use it to make a balm for my lupus pains, and some extra herbs and oils to treat osteoarthritis which does not respond as much to CBD. The sales associate showed me a tincture that’s I will try and see how it works in my balm.

This was so quick and easy and amazing! The young man who brought it out was so nice and friendly! Our lab was giving him kisses!! Hahahaha!

I go here all the time and every single time the employees are super nice and friendly. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful when asking about all the different products. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely great atmosphere and service. The bud-tenders are always friendly staff more then happy to help any questions you have.
