The Botanist - Cleveland

I’ll say going here for the first time was a pleasant experience. The staff was knowledgeable and got me in and out with no long wait. The atmosphere was comforting since it was my first time dealing with a dispensary they guided me through things to know, and answered all my questions needed based on my qualified needs and the product that they recommended. Parking as well was convenient. Thank you staff!!!

Call it as I see it -The appearance of this place draws you in and the budtenders just wanna sell expensive weed and HELL NO. Go to RISE on Prospect and Westside or even TERRASANA in Garfield

WARNING: COPS IN THE DISPENSARY there is a new security guard who is an active duty police officer for parma. i heard him talking about it in the lobby. patients beware!!!

I've never had a bad experience coming into The Botanist. Everyone is knowledgeable, personable and the whole vibe of the place is wonderful. They truly care about educating medical patients thoroughly, and offer tons of useful information for new folks. It's tucked away, but has a total oasis feel. I do pretty much all of my purchasing here, and plan to continue!

People are nice they have good deals and generally a good place but I will not be going back until they fix their parking situation. Who ever thought it was a good idea to put their business there is an idiot. There is are 2 parking spots. I went there the other day and their new tough guy security guard told me to park in the street which clearly states no parking so they don't give a shit if you get a ticket or not and Cleveland cops are assholes so yea they will give you a ticket there. Will not be spending my money there and will be going to Rise until they mover or figure out the parking situatuon.

The Botanist staff at all 5 locations are the most knowledgable and geniune group of cannabis supporters you will find in an Ohio dispensary. First time patients should make their nearest Botanist their educational destination. Biggest and most varied menu in the game as well! Accept no less than the best - shop Botanist!

My husband loves this place! They are willing to help you get a discount if you qualify- no other place has done that. They are extremely knowledgeable. They are out a little ways in the industrial district with smaller parking but they have a great staff and are closer to my house by far than the other ones.

was a very pleasant visit. I was in and out with no hassle. parking was right in front of store. They had a very nice variety to choose from. The staff was awesome. I'll definitely will be returning for sales!
