I’ve been coming here a while and haven’t had a bad product yet. Staff is knowledgeable and very pleasant. In these times finding pleasant people is a big plus. With curbside pick up only the wait time is reasonable even when they’re packed. Pricing here is reasonable and their rewards program is wonderful. Even the new strain that dropped with a slightly higher price is less expensive than some brands on the market. This is the only dispensary I’ve been to lately due to the people and the pricing.

Love the staff, love their products, love the experience here!!! Truly the best staff of any dispo in Baltimore city/county. They have also had the smoothest and simplest ops since the covid breakout. And shoutout to their parking lot staff, they put up with a lot of bullsh*t for no reason!

Always has great deals points and selection, staff is friendly. Wish terp/cannbanoid profiles were listed online, only thing I can think of to improve

Crappy 420 Pregame experience on 4/16. Placed online order, text said it was ready, waited an HOUR!!!!, for them to then tell me they were out of 5 out of 8 eighths I ordered....which they already said was ready. 40 minute drive too. Complete and utter BS.

Just came back after a hiatus. Quality is still good and budtenderd are nice

Medical patient here. Living Room sure has changed since July 1st. Used to be when an order was placed online for pick up in the morning, they would fill it, no problem. Now when you place the order online the night before, there's a 90% chance that it will not be filled. Last night for example, they had on their website, 3 different 1 ounce specials of small bud and shake for 70$ (Deadband, Tinslemint, & Sunset Octane) Order was placed and confirmed by text. However No confirmation of it being filled. Called when they opened this morning and was told they had sold out of all ounces. These should have been removed from the menu at closing time if none were left in stock.

The whole operation was a wonderful experience staff was outstanding place at Walmart order and it was ready when I got there

I just used the delivery service for the first time and it was super easy and fast. I placed my order. The next morning they called and went over my order and address with me to make sure that it was correct. I received a text from the dispensary and a call from the driver when the driver left to let me know that it would be about 15 minutes and to make sure I was home. It was delivered and correct! So easy and so worth it if you live within 10 miles and are spending $100! Thanks Living Room for making it so easy and quick. Especially when it's hard for someone to get out . Patients like me really appreciate it!

Great flower and I think they have the best concentrates. Prices are reasonable. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Curb side pick up could be faster.

Great products but the waiting time is the absolute worst of any dispensary I have visited in the Baltimore area. Even with COVID and the 22% special there is no reason for an hour+ wait time for your order. The discount isn’t worth the wait.

It seems I'm always chasing my Dr. Solomon's 1:1 lotion!! That brought me to The Living Room. Efficient check-in, no long waiting and since I placed an online order, I went to the Express Checkout! The gal was friendly, courteous and extremely efficient! It will be added to my rotation of places that carry the products I need and use!

My favorite dispensary in MD. Great points system and rewards for patients. I return often and sometimes visit to just enjoy the conversation with the staff. Shoutouts to all front end staff; you're the real MVP. BTW they distribute Evermore, who has moved into the fore front of cannabis growers in MD.
