Always have loved this place, especially the staff. The best place to go coming from westminster during this pandemic because the 22% off everyday and the point system. I recommend going when it’s not busy because curbside can get a little crazy. The Evermore drops as of late are FIRE. Even though +30% is often available, there’s a good variety of products on other ways to consume.

Have now had mulitple orders not be fulfilled. From purchases that weren't "in the system" properly (all they had to do were slap some stickers on a bag that they said was available over phone, then said was unavailable upon arrival), to product being listed available, when it is been sold out. Only reason to check this place out is the 22% off. When thats gone, this shop is a good laugh for me when driving down 140.

Great flower and I think they have the best concentrates. Prices are reasonable. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Curb side pick up could be faster.

Great products but the waiting time is the absolute worst of any dispensary I have visited in the Baltimore area. Even with COVID and the 22% special there is no reason for an hour+ wait time for your order. The discount isn’t worth the wait.

Friendly Knowledgeable sales staff with the patience to understand my needs!
Quality is off the chart, just watch out for Terpsícore in 0.5g containers you open it and there is nothing visibly in the container due to mishandling esp Bog Lemons. Purple Obeah excellent strain

When I entered, they told me what number register to go to. I placed an online order and when he was searching my order… he asked his co-worker to go retrieve my order. The co-worker asked “what is the name”... and the person shouted my name across the room. I believe that should be confidential. No one don’t need to know my name accept for the person behind the computer. There was a lot of coworkers around and customers. Unprofessional.

Medical patient here.
Living Room sure has changed since July 1st. Used to be when an order was placed online for pick up in the morning, they would fill it, no problem.
Now when you place the order online the night before, there's a 90% chance that it will not be filled.
Last night for example, they had on their website, 3 different 1 ounce specials of small bud and shake for 70$
(Deadband, Tinslemint, & Sunset Octane)
Order was placed and confirmed by text.
However No confirmation of it being filled. Called when they opened this morning and was told they had sold out of all ounces.
These should have been removed from the menu at closing time if none were left in stock.
What a great group of professionals. Thank you all for your commitment to Customer Service.

I have been to this dispensary several times in the past and all over the sudden today at about five something they wouldn’t let me in the door even though I had their card showing I’m a prior customer with 4 stamps on it.
When they offer me delivery soon, I’ll order that way. It was very crude, embarrassing and wrong for them to not let me in with my 2 other friends. All of us are disabled and I was found out to have chronic arthritis and Dysthymia (I.e.) mood disorder several years ago and depend on cannabis sometimes to manage the inflammation, just to feel better also. This was not cool!
Luis and Sabrina I remember you each well and am glad you were kind and helpful to me in the past. I will return with a medical patient one day. Don’t ever turn me away in the future because Marijuana is sold all over the place in the Baltimore area.

I’ve been coming here a while and haven’t had a bad product yet. Staff is knowledgeable and very pleasant. In these times finding pleasant people is a big plus. With curbside pick up only the wait time is reasonable even when they’re packed. Pricing here is reasonable and their rewards program is wonderful. Even the new strain that dropped with a slightly higher price is less expensive than some brands on the market. This is the only dispensary I’ve been to lately due to the people and the pricing.

why have an account if u want every order called for verification. aounds like better webaite security needed. Huge attitude should you disagree with them. only up is delivery, but NOT worth the headache if they keep their numbers blocked so that most phones wont let call thru.

I just used the delivery service for the first time and it was super easy and fast. I placed my order. The next morning they called and went over my order and address with me to make sure that it was correct. I received a text from the dispensary and a call from the driver when the driver left to let me know that it would be about 15 minutes and to make sure I was home. It was delivered and correct! So easy and so worth it if you live within 10 miles and are spending $100! Thanks Living Room for making it so easy and quick. Especially when it's hard for someone to get out . Patients like me really appreciate it!
