This is not a medical friendly dispensary. There is no priority for medical patients and the staff thinks medical gets a “discount.” No it’s a different tax structure. The set up is terrible and my wife and I spent 15 minutes standing against a wall as patron after patron was called to a register to pickup and pay for their purchases. We thought they called ahead. Finally someone asked if we had been helped? I asked if medical was prioritized and was told NO. I won’t be back regardless of the fact that the joint I bought (my medicine) was very high in THC and quite tasty. Oh... and witnessing the problems your staff had with a veteran when we walked in just validates the other negative reviews I have read here.

This location is in the perfect spot for all of south Reno. Cassidy did a lovely job on recommendations, everything that I left with that day was exactly what I wanted thank you guys :)

It was a very clean and friendly environment from the second I walked in. Linda was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get the extract products i needed . Will definitely be back.

worst vape battery for the price. Fully charged and didnt work for .2g of the cart. MAYBE 10 hits. Recharged and same thing. For $10 that is unacceptable. Completely destroyed all confidence I had in any accessories sold here. oh btw that's the second battery i got. same with the first. just shows they dont really care about quality for their customers. Avoid this place.

The product was visibly displayed so it made selecting bud easy. Every employee had a smile on their face and was happy to help. Awesome new spot.
