I'm so glad I finally made time! The minute I walked in I was greeted by friendly and approachable staff. Great selection of high quality products including items difficult to find in other places. The space is open and welcoming and the staff are really knowledgeable but still listen. I have to say, the best part was how I felt, you hear the term, "valued customer" all the time, if you want to FEEL it, go to TJ's.

Great products and a super friendly staff. I love the new deals. Also, TJ's has the best CBD oil out there!

I have had a couple deliveries to my home and They were very friendly, on time, the flower has been excellent every time. The prices are perfect! All around awesome customer service!! I am a very satisfied customer 😁

I like the shop's staff enough, but ownership is a bit greedy with pricing. They have broke their word on discounts earned through loyalty purchase programs, and do not allow the best flower to be discounted now when you decide to use your reward points for an earned discount, as agreed to in their reward program. They promised me discounts or deals sent to my email address years ago at provisions before the Willamette shop opened. I never got any discount of rewards, nor any communication from the company since I gave them my email address. I question the motives of collection of these email addresses years ago, seeing that I never got anything in return. What did they ever do with my email information and others? Why do they advertise a certain strain with a picture that isn't the weed you are buying? If you are ordering the weed online, it will not look like most of the pictures shown on this menu. What is up with the false advertising? Just don't put up a picture if you aren't provided one or aren't taking one. Generic nug pictures are misleading to your customers spending hard earned money. These are honest assessments. The truth may hurt, but its the truth. With all this said, I like the staff enough. A few are above average on service and strain knowledge. Most are nice and don't rush customers. They keep a pretty decent top shelf, though their weed isn't as good as the top shelf competitors they share it with, as I think Nelson, Deschutes, and Evans creek are better for the same price in my opinion. I do like their Durban and MTF, but TJs needs to come out with some new ones, its been a while and I have had the old strains too much. Like I said, ownership is who i have the major issues with. - I feel like they went back on their word for the customer loyalty program when they exempted the best strains from the discount -i feel really bothered by the false advertising with generic nug pictures when there isn't an image specific to the strain given to the shop. This may be a problem with leafy and their site though. Either way, its disingenuous to your online customers who cannot see the jars you pull from in person.

I found TJs White Label to be a very pleasant experience to inhale. So very very smooth and overall satisfying. I will be sure to recommend TJs to my friends and family. Thank you so much!

A really cool dispensary in downtown Eugene. I stopped by with my girlfriend on our way back to PDX from Humboldt Co, and was welcomed by great customer service! Looking forward to checking out the new PDX location!

I go here sometimes to check out some of the amazing live soil flower that TJ's grows but the prices are kinda high compared to some other options near here. Still a great dispensary and good vibes

I love your flower. Honestly some of the best in the area. But it seems ridiculous and greedy that I can buy your own brand at a significantly lower price in other shops.

I was recommended to check out this spot. I’m impressed with the quality and varieties of flower and concentrates. The budtender was very accommodating and helpful. I’ll be back next time I visit!

Tj’s is my favorite store near campus. Pottenders are very helpful and know everything about their products. I tried a new strain from Tao gardens, their trusted partner, it was out of this world. Highly recommend this to anyone.

Usually the only dispensary that has what I need, at the right price. Best quality I've had so far as well.

TJ's got on my radar after trying their blue dream; it was fantastic and I decided to go to the source. I called first to ask a question and got such a warm positive response it made any first timers anxiety I felt about going to TJ's disappear; Thank you Jo! When I got there I was greeted warmly, they treated me kindly and gave a 15% discount because of my first time visit. I am an old woman and new at using cannabis as medicine so get a little nervous about not knowing really what I need. Cole was the bud tender who helped me pick out just the right strain of flower and recommended more that I want to try next time. I love this dispensary!!! Thank you so much Cole and Jo! As an out of towner and first time customer in an Oregon dispensary, Corey was a most gracious and patient bud tender. He helped point me in the right direction for my initial reason for visiting and then, by way of a hospitable and cordial conversation during the transaction, led me to a broader selection of CBD tincture i may have never even purchased with out his friendly banter. If you’ve got more Corey’s on staff, you guys are certainly going to be go-to when i visit eugene again. Quality was everything he stated, as well.

Higher prices, but hands down best quality in town. Excellent staff, exclusive products, and they grow really good in house flower. I don't shop anywhere else.

By far my favorite local store. as an OMMP Patient, i require quality medicine n always find something i cant live without when i stop in. i especially like the $75 oz. special.

I was in the shop today and bought 3 Cannabis cup backpacks, which takes about 20 minutes total. Saul helped me out, made sure I got my points added to my account and did it all with a smile(I know he was smiling behind that mask) They always treat me right and Sual made sure that was continued today 🤙

They went and told my abusive boyfriend about my delivery order and bc of their lack of some courtesy for my privacy you can only imagine all hell broke lose when he got home and found out i got something delivered- WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN . You guys literally had no reason to be telling someone about my delivery just becus you see they live with me. Wtf is wrong with you guys? Its really that hard to be professional. Im done here. Theyve lost my business.

Quality is always on point but it's really irritating that they find it necessary to overcharge folks. Asked to have an eighth split between 2 same shelf flowers, which they were cool with. But why charge me the full eighth price when you only gave me 3 grams? And that was AFTER they said they'd give me a small discount since it was the end of the jar of one flower type. So, in the end I paid full price AND got shorted on product. Ive been going there for 5 years or more but after this, they have just lost a long time customer.

Zach IS on fire with his customer service skills. He always gives great recommendations, is accurate and fast. Kind and knowledgeable. I prefer this dispensary to nearly any other because of Zach he is really a great budtender! 11/10! Kayamity is also someone I find to be very effective, genuine and helpful. She is friendly and brings a really awesome energy to your shop! Appreciate you guys!!
