last time I set foot in this place.... 20%-50% increase in prices suddenly. F that, there is NO shortage of weed for these places to buy, they are just price gouging and being greedy with the 2 months of tax free sales they were handed..... I can't wait to watch places like this shrivel up and die next year. I would recommend NO ONE go and reward this kind of greed. THIS is what fuels the 'black market'

Very disappointed. They falsely advertise prices. Rude customer service. Looked up the price of particular strain. Listed on leaf fly at a certain price per half ounce, drove in from aumsville to get it just to have them tell me they only sell that strain by the gram. When I showed the store employee the prices on leaf fly he just said that I can't go by those prices. I'll never come here again. Rude staff :(

Green Cross is a delight from start to finish. The atmosphere is surprisingly educational while maintaining a professional and unique intrigue. First timers and seasoned users alike will feel right at home with the atmosphere. The selection is great and most (if not all) of their products are displayed in glass cases away from the counter, allowing you to browse at your own pace before approaching one of the charismatic bud tenders. The bud tenders know their product and are helpful to boot. I️ have Celiac Disease, so I️ have to be obnoxiously picky with reading labels and asking questions, and my bud tender, Drew, was patient without making me feel alienated like I️ usually do when dealing with edibles - which is impressive (trust me). Great selection of flower and concentrates with a healthy selection of everything else. Their packaging for flower and prerolls is clean and professional. Definitely recommend for anyone in or passing through Salem!

I enjoyed my visit. my bud tender Tim was I formative and not pushy. I'll be back as quality and device were bar none.

Just moved back to Salem from Oklahoma after 2 years. My Ol lady has never been to Oregon a day in her life. Her first time in a dispensary here. They treated her well and helped and assisted her in a professional manner. Much appreciated. Great service, Product and accessories. Highly recommended.

I only come in when Morgan is working because I can always count on her extensive knowledge of cannabis which helps me narrow down my strain choices and she always lets me take my time to admire and examine the product without making me feel rushed or obligated. I can tell she has a passion for the industry and takes time to understand the medicine she's working with. She also spares you the overwhelming customer service bullshit, which some of the others there could learn from.

I really like how bright and friendly this dispensary feels. They spend lots of time with the customer and don't let us feel overwhelmed by the menu choices.

At first, I thought it was gonna be great. They had good selection, and ok prices. After driving all the way across town and looking at some beautiful bud in the jars, I opened my prepackaged eigths to find poorly trimmed popcorn, and way too many stems for the amount of bud. And UNDER WEIGHT!!!! Forget these losers.

Awesome shop! They got the best selection of flower and concentrate's. Best place around by far!

Not the cheapest but if you are looking for a wide variety of high quality cannabis at reasonable prices, then this is the place for you. Service can be slower if there are a lot of patrons but nothing out of the ordinary for the majority of dispensaries.

Everything is displayed very well. Love the informational section. One of the better dispensaries in Salem!

This used to be my favorite dispensary. Newer not so friendly bud tenders have changed that. Some of them are not as inviting as they should be. At the very least require your bud tenders to use “Hi how are you doing” and “Thanks for coming in today” there are a lot of dispensaries in town to choose from. Just Sayin

First time visit and the first thing I noticed was the allowance of minors displayed largely on the outside of the door; having two children that I have to take with me on errands this is a nice thing and the waiting area resembles a pharmacy as well as their take home bags which is also appealing to me. The service was wonderful! I'm new to medibles so I am still experimenting with products and doses, so, to be given recommendations from personal experience is always nice. Also, I like that I didn't feel awkward or silly because I didn't know what exactly I needed just what I wanted it to DO. I ended up leaving with an orange "Cheeba Chews" the sativa & I'm pleased with the product. 1 70mg chew that I cut into 4 doses (as recommended) and then I placed the other doses into the travel container I was given as a courtesy (also pleasing).
