Although the name has changed....It's still the same awesome place. Great selection, Good prices, & Chris is always helpful, with knowledge of the products. It's a regular stopping place for me!

First time in and they made me feel like an old friend. Helpful, smart, and nice. I'll def visit again! I can't remember my budtender, young man with glasses and very friendly and helpful.

I have loved this location. Always had great product to choose from. I rcvd a text alert about sour monkey being on sale and then the Headband notice came an hour later. I was told they would not honor the sale price for the headband till the SM was gone. A clerk shared he called Mngt on my behalf and was told no. Now I guess I wait and hope I time it just right.

Love this place! Great vibe awesome set up! I'd cone over and over :) all the bud tenders are great Chris was very helpful and I sadly didn't catch the names of the others but they all rock!!

Awesome store, love the service and the people here. So many strains you may get lost in them, but you can't beat the selection. Especially love the Dr Jolly's taffies, hope they come back!

First timer here! Chris was super helpful and knowledgeable for helping me find quality herb and live resin for a good price, after working in a dispensary before I am very particular how I like my dispensary experience to be. I will be BACK!!!!

I thought this store was the best shop of its kind, in the Salem area. There was basically no wait time "inline." And I was in and out of the shop within two or three minutes. Highly impressed with customer service (cody), and the quality of the product I chose(OG.kush) was excellent. I would definitely give them 2 thumbs up and I'll be sure to recomend the TLC EMPORIUM to all fellow bud smokers. Great job guys! Thanks for opening up here, in the Heart of Oregon.-😉

Being my first visit to any dispensary, I have to say it's a very nice place. Well laid out and clean. I didn't have to wait long and I left with what I came for. My only real complaint is the fact that the eighth I purchased was prepackaged. I didn't think to ask when that had been done, and I ended up getting product that was a little dry. I still think it's good, but a little harsh for my taste. I would go back again, but I would ask more questions so I get the best product for my money.

I can't say I'm impressed with the service at my favorite medical dispensary anymore since the start of rec sales. Special order clones: Asked what the general time frame is on these.. days, weeks, months? The tone of the answer was more "How the hell should *I* know" than "It's impossible to say for sure." Made me feel stupid for asking despite the fact that it's a perfectly reasonable question. You'll excuse me if I'm not okay with having zero idea what to expect. Packaging: My clones were put into a box, and the bottom of that box was secured using two tiny product labels instead of tape. Predictably, the box completely failed before I even took them out of the car. Saved the clones, but no thanks to the careless packaging job. Sativa/Indica: Nobody expects a budtender to memorize the details of every strain. It's okay to look things up or say "I'm not sure." It's not okay to tell me a clone is an Indica when it's actually a Sativa. If you work in a dispensary and give me an answer with confidence, I should be able to trust that answer. I find these things frustrating not only as a patient and a customer, but as someone with high standards who'd figuratively kill for one of these positions any day of the week.

I came in to buy a CO2 cartridge from them but was unsure if I was able to use a different brand battery to go with it. I asked the staff and they assured me it would be just fine. I took it home to use but it didn't work. Thinking it was my battery (it was already have a hard time) we went and bought a new one. One that we were again reassured would work. Unfortunately it again didn't work. So, we took it back. They admitted that it was interchangeable but it would also cause damage causin it not to work. This was not mentioned AT ALL when we bought the pen. We asked if they would switch out the cartridge considering we bought because of they're good word but they told us it was our mistake for using the wrong brand battery. This was pretty frustrating, especially because I am in there EVERYDAY spending at least 60 dollars. So the point is, be aware of what you're buying because they do not always mean what they say.
