House of Cannabis - Tonasket

This was my first time to the store I had called on my medical card, getting put into the database. Made an appointment with the lady there that does it was told only she could do it. Drive 100 miles there lady was not there and we had to come back to get the cards processed. Was the person at the counter to qualified to do my card? They were not able to complete the process in the one day how to return a couple days later so all told I had to put 400 miles in on my car. Yeah, the price of gas is wonderful to could’ve all been solved if they would’ve been out front when I asked that they did not have the stuff to do the whole process. They knew I was coming from a Waze to that’s what even irritates me more.

Best customer service around in my opinion. The staff is always showing me the best deals. How could it get better?

Good selection of products. Very knowledgeable and caring bud tenders. I wish the CBD products were more affordable. Special place and glad to have THOC in our small town!
