I’ve been to this location twice. BOTH times the bud tenders tried ripping me off. The first time It the day of 10% too shelf flower I picked out X amount and was charged full price. When I said today is 10% off on top shelf the bud tender acted as if he didn’t know what day it was. He was trying to pocket extra cash. Charge me full price but ring it up as 10% off... he pockets the difference if a customer is not aware of the discount. But my second time there was worse. My second visit I ordered X amount of flower. Before I left the parking lot I opened and checked my purchase. I immediately could tell that it was short. I went back in and a lady took my container and weighed it. It was six grams short. That’s not a mistake that was obviously an intentional shortage. The lady was very courteous and professional but the bud tender is shady. I will not be going back to this location. Check your purchase before you leave. This place is shady.

Super safe but they sold parts of my order and said they texted me to tell me but I did not get any text. Not coming back.

This is now my #1 go to shop. This place during the Covid is definitely the only place to shop since you they have EVERYTHING! on display. A must stop if your a true Cannabis Connoisseur. Make sure you get what you have paid for, husband and I bought some products but we got charge for 2 grams that we didn't get. Husband talked to Nick, asking to review the video, Nick said it happens sometimes and they have new people working in the store and to come by so he will make it right. Well we drove the half hour to purchase products and get the 2 grams he has said will make it right, got there, then Nick said he seen the video and that we got the 2 grams, well, the fact is we didn't get it, we're not going to make a deal on 2 grams, is just the simple fact of the principal. $40.00 are 40 bucks. If you sell weed and think customers are "trying" to get free weed just for the fact that we consume weed, then don't sell it, go work on a business where you will judge costumers and don't rip people off! Horrible experience here!

Only giving 3 stars because my first two times were amazing and my last visit was terrible i almost don’t want to come back. First two times were my first time ever in a dispensary... I’m a mom a 5 kids and was scared to come in but i came with my girlfriend. I wasn’t going to get anything but our budtender Jannessa completely changed my life. She taught me about RSO and i got a cartridge and a relief stick and everything she told me to do worked amazing. I asked when she was working next and went back and saw her again. Well this next time she wasn’t there and i had this different obnoxious girl “helping” me. She was telling me how she previously worked at Wackology and gossiping and was yelling through her mask. I’m not going to name names but she didn’t care about my needs at all - just wanted to gossip... she didn’t know anything i asked her and was just trying to rush me along. Moral of the story, when you find a budtender who actually cares and wants to help you, make sure you ask them their schedule so you don’t have someone who could care less. Thank you

I did an online order. My first visit to Top Crop. Great bud, good prices, and fast order fulfillment. Would recommend. Another good shop for Ontario !!!

Shop is laid out perfectly, you get one on one time with the budtender, and there’s no pressure, just take your time. Very knowledgeable staff and great prices for the quality! They are also the first shop that I know of to allow debit/credit cards, game changer for sure!

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I have shopped these dispensaries in Oregon since the beginning in Huntington. Even though HotBox has great product their prices have gone Sky High. Weedology is terrible all around. Burnt Rivers is pretty good! until you to go to check out. it's like watching a train wreck in slow motion the people have no idea what they're doing behind that counter. They try to fill orders from jars of marijuana that are located everywhere there's no Rhyme or Reason on anything back there they're lost in stone space. the same budtender that help you out also is your cashier.

Great selection of extracts to pick from at all price points. My only issue with the place was my bud tender on 7/5 ( Pale skinny dude working after 8pm) was too high, creepily staring at my girlfriend making her feel uncomfortable, and he removed his mask half way through my order despite Oregon law. The other worker all seemed hella chill though except that dude. If you're going I'd probably recommend curbside pick just to not have a chance of dealing with that dude.

I have never had a bad experience that doesn’t make me want to come back, although I have been quite disappointed with the last two 1/8’s I’ve received (I ordered online but shouldn’t make a difference). One being grape pie and one being gelato 33, both fire strains but the buds I’ve been given pretty much qualify for shake most definitely smaller than b buds. I’m a busy mom so I don’t have time to come back the same day to fix the issue. A discount would be nice for shake or b buds not full price! I was told once before you guys don’t do shake or b buds the last two 1/8’s prove otherwise. Very disappointed at this situation!

Amazing business! Outstanding quality and prices. Our Budtender Jannessa (i’m Sorry if i specter her name wrong) made my wife and I feel very welcome and answered all of our questions. She took the time to talk to us and didn’t rush us along. TopCrop is the Only dispensary we will be visiting in Ontario from now on. Well done.

Can't say anything bad about this place. Customer service is top notch, product is top notch, the online ordering/curbside pickup is top notch, and the prices can't be beat! Best dispensary around hands down, I wish I could give it 10 stars! My girlfriend had to write this because I'm too high haha🤣, thanks guys.

truly unlike any other dispensary i have been too. has a very professional vibe to it, staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the product. the pricing has to be the greatest part though, the price at the competitors is twice as much for half the quality then what top crop delivers. Dispensary's like crop top is whats going to move the view of the people away from a bunch of frat boys trying to sell drugs to a legitimate business model and help none pot heads ease into trying it out for the first time.

Layout is really well done. Prices are cheaper and the quality is better. The debit/credit option is awesome to have and definitely unique for this market. The flower selection is really good and there are a ton of farms available here that none of the other Ontario shops have. I would recommend this shop over any of the other Ontario shops without a doubt. This is the business model that dispensaries should follow. The other shops are price gouging due to the Idaho market and this shop eliminates all that. Go here if you want fair prices and better product.

I dislike the carts are substantially higher in price lower in medicine. Not one over 90% either.

Prices have increased six over the past two months.

Didnt honor thier online order price. They wanted double what my order total was. Called me a liar then when I showed them my email the manager basically told me to bad.

This is the best one in town. I usually go to another one bc of friendliness but top crop is IT!! Definately first choice.

great customer service Western OR quality product

This dispensary is seriously amazing. First off, I was blown away by how NICE and professional the budtenders were!! I’m not super experienced so it was important to me that I felt comfortable and they really worked with me to find the right products... it truly felt like they cared! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to try cannabis but doesn’t know where to start. I know I’ll be back!

Went to pick up an online order through there curb side pick up. I was the first one to pull up. A minute later comes two other cars. The gal then proceeded to tend to the car that pulled up after me, then came to me and then tended to the third car. She comes out with no ones products goes to the first car ask how much they gave her, came to me & said you gave me $60 right? I tell her no I gave you $80. She looked under my car. Then asked the gentlemen on the side how much he gave her. She comes out with products goes to the other two cars gives them their product and comes to my car to tell me I only gave her $60 & not the $80 I had given (granted I gave her $80 because my order was $73). She then says well my manager needs to look at the tape because this comes out of my pocket. So they watched the video and then she comes out with $60 and tells me they watched the video and I only gave her $60. So I asked if I could watch the tape she tells me yes. I go through the front waiting to watch this video. At this point I’ve already been at the store for about 30 min for a curbside pick up order. I am really frustrated & annoyed & I have yet to be shown this video when she came out adamantly that I gave her $60. So I then tell the front desk to just give me my $60 dollars back and I guess I be out the $20. The manager i take it comes out and has me re explain the situation when he already knows. I tell him then he tells me that angle in the video you can’t exactly see how much I gave her, but just earlier she said the VIDEO SHOWED her I only grave her $60. I was not shown the video and just asked for my $60 and be out $20. so then she comes out to give me my $60 plus a $20. Reiterate to me that it came out of her pocket and making me a customer feel bad because somehow my $20 went missing. So I let her keep her $20 because I don’t need anyone thinking I took their money & I WILL NOT RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE

I love the curbside pickup the people are all nice and so helpful
