If i can give this store 0 star, I would, very dissapoint, customer service is terible, their stuff is cheap ( they used shake for the preroll) over all, not recommend this store, please consider carefully before order anything from this Top Shelf store, try other store and compare their products yourself 😀 will never shop here again, 🫠

Unprofessional delivery service. Placed an order at 8:55, had to hunt down an ETA before being told 12:45 (45-60 min quoted) Amateur hour bullshit

The driver always ask for a tip, like you just delivered they should be paying you good tf, but really got me like nah I’m cool off this place was how long they take to deliver. 2hrs like WTF!

Product is ok, not bottom shelf but not very tasteful either. If you want to spend $300 on some very unsatisfying product, then this is your place. They even ruined my favorite product by Seven Leaves, Envy. I always search for that anywhere I shop and they had it here. This was the first time I was unhappy with it because it was way more dry than I've seen it get, even after opening and closing a bag for a week. Plus the color was a little too dark, I noticed it right away but told myself if was nothing. I was so wrong. Save your money and stay away from this over priced stale flower. Oh yeah and they will not deliver on time, that is a guarantee! 30-45min turned into 2 hours and they still never left the store. Life waits for no one! I can't believe I gave you a second chance just to be disappointed again! Stay away!

Please don't go with the 4plus starts those are all fake. Top shelf is the most bottem shelf out there. They are terrible. Really bad customer service. Makes customers wait 3-6 hours for their order and sometimes they don't even deliver after making you wait for 6 hours this is 2023 and there's much better delivery out there. Never go with top shelf like never. I don't want people experience what I been thru with them. I have so much hate for them for wasting my time. Those 6 hours of waiting won't be back.

I press rosin and let me first say MOST dispensaries are not turning their product quick enough. When pressing, the golden rule is (garbage in=garbage out). The 2 factors are quality of strain and freshness. I ordered an OZ of Sluricane and the buds looked like budlets but it said it was premium bugs. That wasn't the case. The package date was January. If dried/cured and stored right, that should be ok. It wasn't. I can pull between 22 and 28% yield if all good. I have pulled up to 22% out of much lower quality and lower cost bud but the dryness of the budlets resulted in my worst yield yet. Because of at least a lack of freshness, I only pulled an 11% yield out. The product is very dark - another sign of not maintaining freshness. I'll give 'em one more shot but will call and ask what's fresh and go from there... I lost on this order. Looking for a win...

Had a great experience. First time I had him deliver and it was great! Got a great deal for great concentrates from a cool dude! He went out of his way to come and deliver to Newark and when he showed up he was really cool and made it a relaxed environment for getting my meds. All their menu prices are accurate as well as the description prices ARF are especially if you compare them to actual physical cannabis clubs, you can't go wrong with top shelf. I've always been extremely satisfied with the quality of flour they're able to provide and would say that is medical-grade.
