Top Shelf Medicine- Bend

Quite possibly the worst dispensary I have ever been to in Oregon. My experience consisted of me being passed off to someone upon walking in who had no clue what they were doing. After the 10 minute wait to get checked in as a new patient, I was taken to the trade room where there was lots of mason jars filled with bud but not much other product. When I asked to clarify the dominance of Hybrid strains, he looked at me puzzled until I noticed S's and I's on the jars to distinguish between Indica and Sativa. I asked for 2 grams but when the "budtender" took 5 minutes to figure out how to weigh the gram, I just settled with one and left. Once my nerves had calmed down (I felt embarrassed for the lack of professionalism that was there) I was able to pack a bowl of quite possibly the most over priced, D-grade cannabis, ever. Would never go here again nor recommend anyone to go here.

I'm a hated by some youth post hippie 59 year old. I've made and enjoyed my own BHO for years aka Honey Oil. I've done a little research in to wax, sugar, sugar wax, crumble and the new cannabis concentrates.. The young lady who waiting on my wife and I was very patient and answered all our questions, respectfully. I really appreciate her knowledge and the OG Live Resins she recommended. Very happy.. ps- I drive 50 miles to (Lakeview) get there...Beautiful hwy 395 drive.

Top Shelf is properly named; and claiming to be Top Shelf in the cannabis business in Oregon is saying something. Yet, they have accomplished this in my opinion and others. Why? Service and product quality are...top shelf. What more can be said than that?

Love the guys at Top Shelf! Always helpful and know their bud. If you want some top quality herb you need to try Top Shelf the name doesn't lie! One the best dispensaries in Bend.

I drove THREE hours on a Sunday because your leafly hours said you where open. Can't review the flowers because I was not able to obtain any.

I live far out of town and called to see if they had what I was looking for. Not only did they help me out but as a noob they put together a variety to try out and had it all weighed out and ready when we got there. Great product and customer service. Nice looking shop with easy parking. Will definitely be back! Can't beat $100 ounces!

great dispensary excellent customer service from their friendly employees. they are very knowledgeable about the product and production. I would recommend this dispensary to first timers and the old school stoner. in an excellent location with quality buds from the top shelf down and at a good price

The quality of medicine speaks volumes for this establishment. Nothing in the area even comes close to it. The staff is knowledgeable, and extremely professional. As for the prices they are some of the most reasonable ive seen in town. You def owe it to your self to visit here.

I was unsure what to expect, but once I arrived I was completely satisfied. There was a great selection of quality meds and the price was more than fair. very knowledgeable and friendly and not to mention I got my free joint. was going to go back today unfortunately they're closed on Sunday. I may have found my new place.

Friendly and Knowledgeable! Some of the buds are a little dry, but always beautiful and they do they're best to trim any extra stems before they weigh it and serve the final product. I am a new regular there and love the staff. parking is a little crazy if you go during peak hours.

we got so high off your sour citris bud that we forgot to write a review! we finally regained our memory and we have to say this is our heavon on earth. The bud is the best in town by far with the best prices weve scene aswell. the staff has been so friendly and down to earth. i loved how enthusiastic an knowledgeable they were. and best of all, they have great deals!!! we got a free gram of weed with our lemonade! the combo was great needless to say. I'm top shelf is our go to despensery here in bend. thank you so much for your great product.

Top Shelf is my favorite place to go hands down. their product is high quality and decently priced. its nice to go somewhere that isn't greedy and over priced. the staff was very friendly and i even spoke with the owner for a little bit. he is a very kind and knowledgeable man. he also gave me a few free samples of the MAD BHO and a newbie doobie,seems how it was my first time in . they had quite a selection with buds starting at $3.50 a gram. i got a few different kind of their top shelf buds and a few edibles (which knocked me on my ass) and i must say im completely satisfied and plan on going back

I was a little late checking these guys out, but now they are a regular stop on my rounds to buy herb in Bend! Great product, great prices, deals everyday, as well as chill and helpful staff. Whether you're looking for some bargain bud that will still get you plenty stoned or some truly TOP shelf medicine, this place has it. Even their $3/gram shake got me high!

I'd only been to one other dispensary before stopping in to check out Top Shelf. Right off the bat, I was impressed with the clean and classy environment. I was greeted by Ryan on my first visit. His smile and charming personality made me feel comfortable and right at home. Ataya always greets me with a smile and is sure to let me know which strain I'll like best that day. Each time I've stopped in, there is rarely to never a wait. The owner Dave, grows all of the flower and he's literally got it down to an art. I've yet to smoke a strain I didn't enjoy. TS is a fun and friendly atmosphere. Dave and the crew are always laughing and joking and are sure to brighten your day! They have awesome daily deals and a text club which also offers deals and giveaways. One day I came by to spend $60 and when Cash, the manager saw that I had mistaken the $40 cash I had for $60, he didn't make me feel embarrassed, instead he made it work out for what I had on-hand. I knew then, I'd never go anywhere else. These guys truly know customer care and how to treat people. Thank you to the whole TSM crew for serving us pot heads with love and happiness every single day! ❤
