I haven't been to every dispensary in OKC, but I've been to a bunch and Top Shelf is in my top 3. Their flower is consistently good, their budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable but never pretentious or pushy. Their popcorn ounces are the best deal I've found. I love that the flower selection is always changing. They get all the stars!
